Calling at LEAST 3 times per day and leaving a message with a phone number but doesn't say who it is. They even call at 10:00 at night

I pay my bill on time . . . this call is not due to that.  I recently had fraudulent charges on my account.  I need to call another number.  I suspect they are trying to sign me up for credit card insurance.

I called it back and it said i won a trip from web radio as the 15th and to press 1 to confirm i was over 18, so i hung up. I then called back and got the same web radio recording saying i was the 15th caller again and won and to press 1 to confirm i was over 18, i did not and waited and then the call was dropped. I then called back again and the number had been disconnected.

I have a Capital One account.  They call about once a week.  Last call from them they asked me my FULL Social Security Number.  I hung up!

This number calls me constantly. I do not pick p the phone. Other web sites have said it is Capital One. I do not have any accounts with Capital One.

They don't leave message

Someone from this number calls our office at least once a day.  They never say anything and eventually hang up.  If they have an account with an employee here, they should at least do us the courtesy of asking for that person.  Pathetic.

These really are Capital One numbers.  800-955-6600 is the number they call you on.  Then they ask for you to call 866-953-7906 which is the collection department for Capital One.  I have an account with them.  2 really-one is a credit card, other is a checking acct with a debit card.  BUT they called on my house phone from 800-955-6600 which I didn't get to in time and they left a msg to call the 866 number.  I googled both numbers and they both come back to Capital One. So you might have a late payment, lack of funds to pay them or maybe overdrawn.   If you don't have an acct call them with the number they called you on and they will remove it.  I refused to give them my cc so they had to talk to me..

Number left in message is not same as caller id

Have received 2 voicemails from this number. The VMs purposely start in the middle of a sentence so you don't know who it's from and feel like you should call back. Scam!

Calls fall under many deceptive, unfair, and exploitative debt collection tactics used against consumers. Use of autodialers disguised as reminder calls, skip tracing, sales and upgrade, debt collection, or whatever. Calls are to clients, prospective clients, bill reminders, past due accounts, and to their relatives, friends and others.  Look up rights under state and federal FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, TSR and others. Capital One and their personnel, are corrupt, unprofessional, and unethical predators on consumers.

This number calls me several times during my work day. I cannot answer at work. It wouldn't be so bad if they were smart enough to actually wait for Vmail to record. . All I get is this... 7906 thank you... really.  If you want return call leave a message when the beep stops to let you know to start speaking! !

I manage a bunch of apartments, and these idiots call 5 times a day.  Stupid recording, Chase bank.  Worthless morons trying to collect money probably.
