Calls several times a day - every day and on Sunday's. My Capital one card is paid and on time.

The phone number belongs to Capital One.  All I had to do was call the number back and it says "Welcome to Capital One".  Come on people.

I see that it's Capital One..  I get several calls a day.. I don't even have an account with these A holes

Someone keeps calling me from this number but there's no caller ID it's blank.  Also, she leaves a message, but doesn't leave her name or company.  Whoever they are they calls 7 days a week and yes even  Sunday.

I want the calls to stop!!!!

KEEPS CALLING.

Got calls since last friday , called them and was told because I was late last month, my next payment is 7/3  Nocaller id, no message just calling.

I'm not a capital one customer, never have been, never will be.  But just as soon as I activated My Trackphone the calls started coming, 2 or 3 a day.  Very annoying!!!!!!

I get multiple calls per day, every day from this number.  I call them back and they want account information.
I have no account with them.

It is because of companies like yours that would like to try to get around the Americans with Disabilities Act that covers people with disabilities and how businesses are allowed to contact me (I have autoimmune disorders that affect my neurological processes making it almost impossible for me to understand and remember the spoken word and my jaw and facial muscles making it extremely painful for me to speak without a stutter and without excruciating pain for more than 5 minutes on a good day or for more than 30 seconds on a bad day - when the pain gets too bad, I tend to start yelling and using bad language because of the pain and frustration) that made me get a Google Voice number and exclusively use it to give out to businesses for anything other than calls about outages.  Google Voice numbers are unmanned (meaning that they never ring so they cannot be answered by the person that subscribed and received that number) and are designed to be used only as an unmanned voice mail service.  If a message is not left at that number, then I never return the call because the caller is obviously connected with a company trying to thwart the Americans with Disabilities Act.  My particular disabilities mean that all communications with me by businesses must be in writing since that is the only communication method that I can understand and allows me to keep a record of.

Thanks for the information.  I'm sick of their calls also.  Anything I may have with Capitol One is probably going to be cancelled.

After hours voice mail message left on work phone number...Called the number back and since I don't have an account with Capitol One, I hit "0"...got to a voice representative and determined that they were after the "PREVIOUS" person that the work phone number was originally assigned to...as I happened to know who and where that person is, I kindly gave them their cell phone number, home number and even their email address where they could be contacted..."Joanne" was very kind and even offered to remove my business phone number from their listing, which I gladly accepted...when she asked who she was speaking to, I told her --> "JAMES BUCHANAN BARNES, but everyone here calls me 'Bucky'"...the funny thing about foreign call centers is that they don't pick up on our obvious attempts at sarcasm and humor, which makes it even funnier...oh well...no more calls coming to my phone number!

capital one collector here is my questions.. when do your calls hit the line of harassment?  When your calls begin at 8AM and continue on hourly till around 8pm.. is that considered harassment?  How about when your payment is ONE DAY LATE and the calls begin.  How about when you are paid monthly which happens to be 6 days after the day payment is due and you call every day beginning at 8am daily several times a day.. This has happened to me being a day to 5 days late... THIS IS HARASSMENT.. When I call and ask about it I am told it is on a robo call system.. well your system sucks.. it needs to be adjusted because what your company does is harassment...

My call is always a recorded message from Capital One that asks me to call 866-953-7906. I called this number and it is the Capital One collections area.  I have no accounts with Capital One, so I cannot be in arrears.  They were actually very nice and the person I spoke with got a supervisor to help find the root cause of my calls. They assured me the calls would stop within 24 hours.

I received a notice in the mail saying I had a past due amount on my capital one credit card. I closed a capital one account a year ago. The notice came out of the blue and had no amount listed. Just four last digits of some credit card and the number to call to clear it up.

I get a call several times a day from this number and I am done this is a business phone and should not be receiving these calls if it continues I will contact the FCC, State Attorney General and any other organizations that would help me to get my number off.
