IMS-Federal Financial Group called on 2 lines at the same time - some call center in India or Pakistan I think by there accents - same speech about Ford/$2500/trip scratcher asked for name he said Fred yea right - looked at rules this is a 2009 Ford Explorer - out of 19million scratcher there are only 3 cars - program ended 12-31-2010 or when scratchers are gone - big scam there call back number was 866-517-2945 went to voicemail on prompt to be removed - don't give your number to them they will resell it or make more calls there

You know what they are just doing their job. Have you ever realize that? They are not playing with you if you are not interested informed them in a nice way. You're so inhuman and very unprofessional!

They already have your number. How do you think they called you? FYI if you give your number to any company in the US they will sell it.  Blockbuster, Comcast, Direct TV, Amazon.com, ect.

Yeah that not very original. We get people trying to prank us all the time. Normally we laugh at them for how boring their lives must be to take time to try and mess with us. We are getting paid to listen to you make a fool out of yourself. Right now I am getting paid to sit here and read these funny comments on how uppity people get over a telemarketing call.

some one called me from IMS # 406-623-3577and want to talk to Manager. When I told him what's regarding for, he hang up. I called back and got busy signal.

I think its funny that all of the 'supporters' for this number, type in broken english as well.

Imagine that.

I got a call today asking for the woman or man of the house.  I said I could help her.  She said she was with Federal Financial Group and had a free gift for me because they were expanding into Washington State.  I told her that it was difficult for me to understand her and asked her where she was from.  She said she was in Utah but was from the Phillipines.  She continued to explain that she had a different accent and it was difficult to understand her from a native American.  I told her a native American was an Indian and she said, "Oh."  I asked her to remove our phone number from her list and not call back and hung up!  What a rip!

Same as above...received call today on my cell phone asking for the manager of some company, which is obviously not me.  Magically the call was for me anyway because they just love to give away prizes and "doesn't that make sense?"

So I played along for a bit, answered the 3 magic questions (age group, household income, and full/part time work).  I checked the website listed in the comments above and apparently you have to be 25+, work full time, and make $40000 or more to be eligible for the 'free prize with no obligation.'  

After that she started asking for personal information so I disconnected.  They called back twice from 360-227-4619, I didn't answer.

me too!  Try to get their Number and call them back 50 f'in times a day!

Two ways to go.  Just hang up right away, or if you have the time, string them along, ask dumb questions, see if you can get them to hang up on you! Usually I threaten to sic the law on them if they call back. Being on the do not call list doesn't mean a thing to them.

COMPLAINING HERE ON A MESSAGE BOARD IS A WASTE OF TIME. TELL THE FTC YOU WANT THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, AND REQUEST THEY RESPOND TO TELL YOU WHAT THEY ARE DOING ABOUT IT! WE ALL NEED TO GET ON THE FTC's ASS SO THAT THEY START DOING THE JOB WE PAY THEM FOR!

I have been getting messages from "City Credit Union" (866-202-9457) for several months now, and have made complaints each time I get one. Now today I get a call from "Jim" at "Federal Financial Group" (801-432-2126). I made a complaint about this also.

I've had my phone # for over a decade, and I'd like this stopped before it gets out of hand. I'm not so sure the FTC is doing anything about it but I keep a log of each complaint I make, and I'm going to send a nasty letter to see what they are wasting my tax dollars on if they're not hunting down and castrating these phone rapists.

I have gotten a couple calls from this number but months apart.  Answered this time.  The man (with a foreign name which I could not understand) said I speak with owner of this number.  I said Im sorry you didnt identify yourself.  Who do you work for?  He then said I am so and so.  I was like no who do you work for W O R K.  Work.  who do you work for?  He then said his name again!  I was so mad I asked him if he spoke english.  He then hung up.  Haven't gotten a call since.  Apparently they dont like the insult that they cant speak english.  I came on here to find out who it was!  Thanks guys!!!

I got a recording of 2 women talking in another language and silence. I've gotten calls like this a few times. I don't get the point.

I got a call today at my work, lady with fast tone voice indicating I have won an scratch card prize offering me $2,500, Tv , Explorer??? Schedule me for an appointment to call me back, like I am going to answer them back. Kept the number locked in our phone system and warn the whole office not to answer them. SCAM!!!!!!!!!! watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
