- Bubbadagr8 replies to TWINKLETwinkle, you must be kidding. They are just doing their job???? Why don't they get an honest one? Why don't they leave a message? Why can't you call them back on their spoofed number. They are breaking the law and guess what - they know it. Their bosses know it. I have more respect for a bank robber, at least they don't try to bullsh*t you and tell you all that they will do for you and that they're your friend. Hmmm, Twinkle, maybe you would like to buy some beachfront property in Nebraska?
- HintzSame deal as above with the prize offer. Asked qustions as my AGE group, Income range, Work status, and name. I only provided using the range and only my first name. Was told a manger would call me back about my prize!!! I then Block this phone number from calling me again using a program called AUDIO CALLER ID software on my PC which you can use to stop these unwanted calls.

- ColoradoA lady with a heavy accent from India or somewhere called and gave me a web site to look up. She did not ask for me by name, but wanted to know who I was. I refused to give her my name until I looked up the authenticity of the company on the internet. The website seems legit., but as I was searching it, I discovered this site as well. I answered all of the servey questions, but when she asked for confirmation of my name, it threw a red flag. Why call a number without knowing who you are going to talk to?

- ShnelSomeone called me saying that my number was chosen to win items to choose from, all they needed was my name and address. They said they were Federal Financial Group out of Utah. They said I could win from a flat screen tv to a ford explorer. He told me the address was 1127 S. 1680 West Oren St, Unable to understand the town, Utah. He wanted me to confirm my address and he gave me a wrong one and then asked me to give him my real address. I would be very weary of people calling for your personal information. I didnt stay on the phone long enough to see if they needed anything else.

- GrannyThe calls are not limited to land lines. I received one from this number on my cell phone last week. I don't know anyone in 801 area code, so didn't answer. There was, of course, no message. I appreciated the info, and the entertainment I found in the posts here.

- andreaI keep getting a call from IMS Financial Group in Utah even though I am on a DO NOT CALL LIST for solicitors. I plan to keep track of all calls and submit this information to the proper authority in my state. For those of you who don't know, this is considered harassment and monetary damages can be awarded to injured party if they violate the DO NOT CALL LIST.

- JoshJust got a call from this number and after he admitted that he knew I was on the do-not-call list and called anyway. Epic fail. This scam-call was for a hotel scratch-ticket, wanted me to wait for them to hand-deliver it to me. I politely asked him to remove me from their entire database.

- GwenI got a call from these people also and that my phone number was randomly picked. They said that they would ask me 3 questions to see if I qualify for to win a scratch of either $2500, a ford explorer or a flat screen TV. The questions were what was my age group, cant remember the second question and what was my annual income combined. The last question he repeated twice. Then I said I qualified for the scratch and proceeded to congratulate me. He also said that a supervisor would be calling me back with directions about the scratch. Am waiting to hear back. Am going to ask them a lot of questions to see what answers I get!

- OperatorBCallerID had a local city name/state followed by "anonymous". Call was obviously from overseas (crackling in the background) and the speaker had trouble pronouncing the CFO's name. I asked who was calling, and the caller game an Anglo name and "Federal Financial Group". Not terribly convinced, I put them on hold. They hung up after less than one minute. Then I looked them up. Not impressed.
