Got this call at 11:15AM Central Time on my cell phone; have discovered two things according to their official rules:

    1. My household is ineligible. Totally.
    2. The contest ended LAST YEAR.

These low-lifes need to be deleted from the gene pool, just like almost all the telemarketers and debt collectors out there, many of whom deliberately ignore the law because they're confident the FTC has "bigger fish" to go after.

I received a call from this number as well... The man was very hard to understand. They requested my physical address because the one they had on file was from an apartment I lived at more than 2 years ago! I refused to give my address and he told me they could meet me anywhere. So I told him to use the address he already had on file. Then he asked how they could get the "prize" to me if I wasn't living there... Eventually I screwed around enough over the phone that he got frustrated with me and hung up!

Wow!  I'm amazed at the almost limitless Google contacts for this number!  So I answered the questions and they are coming out next week to give me my prize.  I could use any one of them being retired and with time on my hands and a lot of people asking me for money.  I'll let yall know what happens.  Thanks for the heads up everyone!

I received a phone call as well an was told I could win a ford explorer, cash, a 27 inch tv or a cruise.  I agreed to meet. After all, I don't have to buy anything.  Then I went on the Internet to discover that many people have also had the same call.  I called federal financial group and was given their website of rules ,

    http://www.ffg2.com/rules/

The contest ends dec 31 2010 or when the cards are gone.  Odds of winning a cruise is 1 in 1.  They claim there are 3 cash prizes 3 2009 explorers 3 27 inch tv's and 20,000 cruise awards.

The cruise award requires taxes to be paid and the airfare to get there.  It could be worth it if you want to go on a cruise and want to consider it as a discount and not a free thing.

They also claim there is no purchase necessary.  Just for kicks, i am going to send it in. Here it is:

You may receive a Promotion Scratch Card, without attending a sales presentation, purchase or obligation, by clearly hand-printing your name, address, telephone number, date of birth, household income, name of employer, and the words “Federal Financial Group Scratch Card Promotion –on a 3”x5” postcard and mailing it together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Scratch Card Promotion, Federal Financial Group, LLC, 292 E. 12200 S., #200 Draper, Utah, 84020.  One mail-in entry per person per Promotion. Sponsor will then send you a Promotion Scratch Card.

scratch and sniff  prizes- ford explorer, flat screen, vac/cruise, 2500 cash. Heavy indian accent, alot of voices in the background, none with english accents. Didn't want to give any info on how they got my info but was very persistant about what I won. Federal Financial Group is Expanding!!! Aren't you excited you won!! I explained I didn't watch TV, don't drive, am scared of leaving home so the only thing that sounded good was 2500 cash! I asked where he was calling from and if he could deliver himself so I could look him in the eye before I trusted my information to some foreign call center that got my # from who knows where. The line went dead! Perfect.8014322126

LOL -- I wish I could program my phone to reject calls from the 801 area code.  It's always some rabid sales person of some sort.  Must be something in the water there...

The most recent posting is for 2009-  It is now 2011-  BUT I wanted to post to anyone who is getting calls from IMS that what they offer is an appointment with a Life Insurance Agent. IMS represents Federal Financial Group and they help people build a solid and profitable retirement.  Wall Streets ups and downs have left many of my family and friends without a retirement fund.  I on the other hand did not lose anything!!!  My retirement fund is solid and still earning money- enough that my retirement will take me through till my death.  I received the scratch card and was able to use the Bahamas trip as part of my stay in Florida saving 2 nights hotel cost.

    What Federal Financial Group does:

Federal Financial Group specialize in providing powerful tools to improve cash flow and reduce taxes and also annuity and life insurance products that can possibly shave years off your potential retirement date.

So, don't get them wrong. They're just giving you a scratch card wherein one of the four prizes mentioned is guaranteed yours but if you qualify for the three questions. That's all you can do. No more, no less!
