Got this call yesterday claiming I had $1200 in debt from college! I've paid off all my debt from college and since then have served in the military and had a secret clearance!! I never could of carried this clearance with that kind of debt, and this also does not show up on my credit!! The guy was so unprofessional and had my blood boiling! I told him to send me proof and let me see what I owed. I told him this was not on my credit, and he said "well that's up to the college" yeah since when? Scum scum scum

I used a debt collection agency recently. I just make sure people pay as they go now. Debt collectors are odd people. Who would want to do the work they do? You have to be kind of black in the heart to the work.

This fudge-packers call up and demand my name in the weakest voice possible without identifying themselves.  When I tell them to f*** off if they can't give me a name, the c*** has the audacity to get uppity with me and say "I'm not talking to someone who uses that language with me."  Good.  

They called me about a student loan over 15 years old and the lady tellsl me that they contacted my friend, who I didn't even know when I went to college looking for me. They have my contact information and they had no right to contact someone that I do not share any credit or anything else with. This is their attempt to bully me and I am pissed to the max. If this is their tactic to get people to communicate and work with them, I'm surpised that have not been shut down. Filing with the BBB as we speak.

He is extremely rude. He will contact people you know and lie to them about how you asked him to give them a call. Please ask him to not contact you or anyone you know and to be put on a no call list.

A woman calling herself 'miss judge' called my 91 year old mother saying she had to get a hold of a distant relative. Mom was smart enough to hand the phone to me. I couldn't tell if they were phishing or what but they provided no information, no proof of whom they wanted to really reach etc. No ethics. I asked to be put on their do not call list.

Ohio Christian University online uses them as a collection sharks.

this idiot calls tries to get me to verify my personal info. called my husband cell and my husband cussed him out. he wouldnt give who he is or why he was calling. looks like some more scammers

good for you.  Filing a complaint with your state Attorney General is the only and best way eo stop these calls. YOU DO HAVE RIGHTS!

Dumbbell. Just dumbbell. No wonder you were enrolled in an "nonlinear school". If your balance dropped to $0 it was because the balance (obviously) got turned over to this collection agency. You really have no financial sense, do you?

William and Fudge-packers is a scam that will try to get you to accept false charges . If you even owe the university anything, they double it for their profit margin.  If you owe, call the college and work out payments directly stipulating that you will not deal with FUdge nor pay any of their charges.

I am paid ahead on my school loans so I'm highly confused as to what else they are calling for as everyone is stating they handle collections for school loans!

Thanks for the help in identifying the company.  However, most of you might want to handle your business a lil differently.  Seriously?  "I told them I don't owe that, because I've been garnished for years"... lol what a joke.  If you don't want them calling get it resolved.  If you don't have any business with them or don't think you do request proof of the debt.  Just fix it, don't ignore it.  Smh

This number called my cell phone (which he admitted to finding on the internet) and asked to speak to my father who has been deceased since 1984. When asked what the nature of his business was, he said "a college."  It was infuriating to say the least.
