Calls my phone at Lear 9 oor10 times. Day

Please tell them to stop calling my phone ten times a day!!!

Starting 12 Aug I have received 16 calls from them. I have spoken too them multiple times and informed them that I do not pay debts unless I receive information in writing, they have my mailing address current in their system, and they told me information would be mailed to me. I never received information and have informed them of that. Recently they call every day. Is this considered harassment?

Medical bill collector.  I did legitimately owe a bill, which I paid.  Be great if they would leave a voicemail instead of calling twice a day, every day, and not leaving any messages as to who they are or what they want.

Yes, this company actually posts misinformation in this forum so always use the FTC.gov website for information. This company posts in this forum trying to tell you the FTC rules do not apply to them. You will easy see there post!

Once a debt collector is calling you multiple times per day it becomes a Fair Debt Collection Practice Section 806 violation which states at the FTC.GOV's website I posted in link

"(5) Causing a telephone to ring or engaging any person in telephone conversation repeatedly or continuously with intent to annoy, abuse, or harass any person at the called number."

The FTC and federal court have time and time again say more than one call per day is EMPHASIS ADDED "REPEATEDLY" with intent to annoy and abuse. Further This company has been sued in federal court multiple times and lost because of it's conduct. GOOGLE the Company's name with "Lawsuit".

One Lawyer in these lawsuit is now claiming they are trying to hack cell phone. REPORT your problem to FTC.GOV. Most call blocking features have a FTC built in complaint feature. Then speak with a lawyer or contact one of the several lawyers seeking CLASS ACTION STATUS against this company.

(a) (1) is one section of damages that can by limitless
(a) (2) (A) & (B) is the one you INCORRECTLY QUOTED as $only $1500.00
(a) (3) which is attorney's fee.

UNDER (a) (1) if the violation by this collection agency cost someone there job due to this company willful harassment at work and that person make $100,000.00 a year, THAN EMPHASIS ADDED that person can sue for $100,000.00

You are a doofus that is trying to mislead people. Further LOOK UNDER "(b) Factors considered by court" IN FEDERAL COURT'S judges have the ability to aware higher awards.

Several lawyer's have posted judgement against this company they won GOOGLE this company's name and lawsuit LOT LOT HIGHER than $1500.00 doofus

File a complaint with the FTC.gov for violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act violation. Call a lawyer this company is being sued by many people.

Got a call from a girl with a heavy Eastern Accent. Background founded like a boiler room. I have a restricted number and she knew my name. I have no outstanding debts at all. I asked what the call was regarding and the gal said "first you must confirm some information". I said "nope- I will track your ass if you ever call me again" she hung up.

Beginning on 11-24 have received average of a call every 2 days. I say nothing when I answer and hear nothing. That usually works but apparently not so in this case

I've been getting these calls on my cell for months.  I blocked the number but they get through to my messages. No message left but I can hear it is a call center. I have no idea who but they call several times a day sometimes three calls in the same minute.

I finally answered after 10 calls in 3 days, no message.  when someone does not pronounce my name correctly, I tell them they have the wrong number.

Why are they calling

I have blocked this number on my cell phone, and listed my number onto the Do Not Call Registry. My phone will not ring, but I will have a voicemail from the number with them not saying anything every single time. I sick of it. How can I stop the voicemails?

This number calls and does not leave a message. Harassment!
