I had a call that was very sinister in terms that referred to different types of firearms/ silencers etc It also contained foul language

I have been getting these calls ever since i have entered the GMTV television competitions on their website.
Never again.

just received a text message from my home number saying "text me xox" from bt sms messaging service. but we cant identify who the caller is, even from 5 of our mobile we all use. the numer again is 08456021111 ????

Call from 0845 6021111 rang x4 in a 5minute period - no message left. I am not Exdirectory but I am a member of the TPS - thought this type of calling was banned.

this number has rung me 4 times this morning between 8-30 and 9-00am Sunday the sixth of December. I call this a complete invasion of privacy

nuisance call. listened for awhile, then I hung up.

I receiving calls from 1273743574 in batches of three at a time at different times during the day and evening. I answered the first one and I was told that it was LLoyds Bank. I now do not answer any of them.  I am not a customer of LLoyds. How the eck cant hey be stopped.

0845 6021111 rang SIX times on Boxing Day! No message.

I got this calling me all the time and i used to ignore it until i found out it was an SMS text messaging service, why can't people phone my house phone.  Lazy Sods

...After listening to message the voice woman tells you how to stop texts coming in to your landline.  Simple straight forward instructions.

The number just called and its strange because its late at night. It left a message that sounded like a recording of someone elses answerphone. It said I had a message left from 08442393299 and to press 1 to hear it, 2 to .. and etc. Then when it finished the options, the message ended.

i had a call from this no. (08456021111) this morn trying to sell me car insurance . .. politely told him to please take me off their database but he put the fone down b4 i could finsh!! so i called back and got the same guy CHRIS and told him not to put the fone down on me you pr*ck !!

he then called 20 or so times in order to annoy me!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THESE PEOPLE ...AND NOW!!!!!!!

My wife just had a call from this number but hung up when asked to press a number.

It rang again. This time I answered and listened. It tells you it is the SMS Messaging service from BT and informs you of the number who sent you the text, if you keep listening past the options (it even tells you to wait) you will here the translation of the text (as best it can if short typed). Ours was from a friend (number and message valid).

I just recieved a call from this number, I didn't answer, googled the number then added the 0 to the begining of the number, turns out my boyfriend had text me but accidentally text my home phone instead, that's all it is. It is not a nusicance call!

hi i too received these calls turns out its my housing association trying to arrange my annual boiler check haha

Morning, noon & night, seven days a week (including xmas day!) this number has been bothering me, I am not interested in its content & want it to STOP RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Parents been receiving calls from this number in last two weeks, sometimes 3 a day. I have kept telling them, just hang up, dont respond, reply or agree to accept the charge for the text as they have been asked!  They are not listed either, so looks like the company that owns this has some unscruplous way of obtaining un-listed phone numbers. BASICALLY - keep hanging up.

I received a text message from this number. it was reminding me of an optician's appointment at Boots.
