Answer4u , is a the company in Nottingham that happily takes calls on behalf of this unscrupulous company as well as others- Panther Play , and Eyegames. The director is Mark Menhennet. I've called him and logged my complaint but he clearly doesn't care. Answer 4u, Nottingham handles calls for the scam company Win Trivia. This company sends you an invite to enter a competition to win an Ipad.After you have entered, and not before, they say you will be billed at £4-50 a week. You are invited to send STOP to 85222 which is rejected until the have debited the sum of £4.50 from your A/C  Then after numerous STOPS, if your lucky, you will receive a message stating that,
( Quote all competitions for this number have been stopped. you wont receive any more messages. Any questions ring customer care on 03332020426 Unquote.)

Call the number and request them to take you out of the game and then Make a complaint by calling or e-mailing the manager at Answer4u

Receiving texts from xinwin charging £4.50.  Says to send STOP to 85222 but this does not work.

I have now asked Vodafone to block XinWin. But how can these people get away with setting this up without permission. I'm not hopeful of refund, but at least it's stopped now

Got charged 30  pounds and when i contacted they gave me spoof details on how to apply for refund

Can we not make phonepayplus.org.uk take this seriously. I know they don't seem much interested but people power.

Also received misinformation on how to contact them and they won't reply to my emails. Got more than 500pounds out my account before I realised. Really need phonepayplus to take this seriously. phonepayplus.org.uk are the regulatory body for premium rate texts. Right now all they are doing is legitimising these thieving scoundrels. GET COMPLAINING ..I need my money back.

I am told I am subscribed to Smartphone http://xinFreeplay,xinwin,co/FREEPLAY for 4.50 per week. I have tried their help line it does not answer, I sent a stop message and it carries on. I need to stop this.

My mobile seems to be being billed by this exinfreeplay lot. I have texed STOP many times to no avail.
