fido,fido,fido........you cant just leave well alone can u.bite the hand that feeds u? answer to all of you who do not like this number calling all the time.its so simple even a child can figure it out. change to a new cell phone company.then you will be at peace....or ignor and not be at peace.

I have just gotten a FIDO PrePaid phone to replace my bell PrePaid phone that I use for personal txts etc. I started recieving on average 1 -4 calls per day although there have been days with no calls. I called the phone number back and got to the Italca phone line and then like someone else here I get hung up on when I choose service in english.
Ive found Italca on the net as a upscale italian clothing line with an outlet coming to California, the site is "under construction".

I've been getting these calls all the time...didn't know who it was till my BF told me about this web page...know i'm glad i didn't answer any of these calls. Fido needs to just quit with all this crap..they're gonna lose customers.If they don't stop bothering me i'm gonna be changing.

I'm pretty unhappy about these phonecalls several times a day, ringing at meetings, waking me up...  etc.  It's turned my life upside down for the past few months.  I never thought of Googling the number to find sites like this where others experienced my pain.

Fido has been unsuccessful in removing me from the "do not call list", which I tried twice, starting 3 weeks ago.  So I called the police, and they told me to call Atelka directly and see if I could resolve my problem before they took any kind of action.

The number to call at Atelka headquarters is (514)448-4905 extension 2256.

Just to add, "Atelka" is the name of the marketing company that Fido uses for customer communications.  Their website is http://www.atelka.com

I am also a fido pay as you go customer and for the last almost 2 weeks i have been getting calls 2 or more times a day from this number.
It is extreemely frustrating and i dont know  wut to do! please someone find a solution!

I have called Fido several times and never get a soluion, I have said I am switching services if it does not stop immediatley.
I think thats all we can do1

i get calls from 866.301.5302 all day long at it drives me nuts!

It is the marketing department from Fido, call Customer Support and tell them to revmove you from the list.  They will intitially look up the number and tell you there is nothing they can do, stay on the line and ask for a supervisor and they will remove you from the list, but it will take 15 days.

If you actually talk to the customer service reps they on occassion have some worthwhile incentives to offer.

I've also just started getting these calls. I get at least two or three a day. I never pick up and they never leave a message. I've been a Fido user for several years and am getting increasingly frustrated.

I called using Skype and got in a message box system that was offering me to remove my phone number from their calling list.

I did it, let's see what happens now.

I'm also using a new prepaid Fido card and I start to receive calls from this number (1-866-301-5302). How this is an emergency phone(just my familly knows my 'prepaid' number) I never answered to this call.
However my wife is also a Fido client (not prepaid) and she never received calls from the number in questions so, probabely,Fido try to waste our money.

I have received three calls from this number. I call this number this morning from my home phone. This is a company call Atelka. The message asked me if I want to remove my number of their list so push number 1 (one). I made number one to the option remove my name of the list.

I hope my phone number removed of that list.

Me too i've fido and they call me EVERYDAY. Im so tire of them i think i'll change my phone.

I got 11 calls from that number.  I use my phone as pay as you go for emergencies only.  When I tried use the phone yesterday it said my account was inactive but I knew I had time left.  I called fido today told me that I called that number and used up $6.90.  I told her that I did not call that number she didn't believe me.  I told her what I had read on the internet.  She still insisted that I called that number.  I had to demand to talk to her supervisor, then she did a search on the number and said that it is an outsourced fido number and they are doing a customer satisfaction survey.  There is no way to block the number and they should reverse the charges for the survey. I let her know that there are alot of unhappy customers.
