Report a phone call from 866-301-5302 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- JLPay as you go a/c. I answered the call the second time it called, and was charged 30 cents. I've emailed FIDO to complaining about this kind of unethical business practices and asked them to visit this site to see how frustrated their customers were. I suggest everyone to lodge a complain on the CRTC website. Just remember to select "Telemarketing" instead of "Cellular".
- JLFor those who think these calls are unethical and annoying. Do this.
Everytime you go online, use Skype (if you don't have it, download it for free), and call 866-301-5302 for FREE. Call this number as often as possible using Skype and don't hang up until you need to. The best to call is from 9am-9pm local time on weekdays. I think this will at least overload their system and have them experience the frustration of pay-as-you-go FIDO customers.
Do it ASAP, 'cause once people start calling them and don't hang up, sooner or later, they will change their system so that when the caller doesn't input anything (Skype incapability) within a preset time, the call would be disconnected automatically. You have then to call again. For now, the system just keeping asking the caller to input an option. - nikkithey call me too, like every 2 hours. its really annoying. im also a fido client. (prepaid)
- VanneyHere's the weird thing; I'm a Fido monthly plan customer (I'm on the unlimited Fido to Fido plan, which gives me 100 anytime minutes with non-Fido calls and 1000 evening/weekend minutes for non-Fido calls, but any incoming/outgoing calls to/from a Fido customer is free). Now, I get the calls from this number too, but I only get them twice a day between the hours of 10am and 5pm, and only on weekdays. It's like they don't bother trying to call me in the evening, which is when I clearly have more minutes to use up AND more time to answer my phone.
Since I work in a hospital, my cell phone is usually off during the day, so all I see is the "missed calls" and the number listed when I turn it back on. I checked my voicemail the first time I missed the call and there was nothing. I tried doing a 411 check on the number and came up with nothing, but then I Googled the number and came across this site, so now, whenever my phone happens to be on when they do call, I always hit Ignore and drop the call. But still, it's pretty annoying.
The reason why I bought a cellphone on a monthly plan is because I'm sick of getting telemarketing calls on my landline, and repeatedly asking to be put on the Do Not Call list only yields MORE telemarketing calls. Now I'm getting them on my cellphone too - and from Fido, no less! (Fido knows to only call me in the evening, so I know they're not calling me concerning my account)
I suspect it might have something to do with the fact that I also recently upgraded my phone and my plan (I bought a Windows mobile smartphone and subscribed to a data plan), which may be why they've started calling me... I've been with Fido for almost 3 years now and have never had this problem before.
It's annoying! - Fido CustomerI just got off the phone with Fido concerning this number- they claim to have no record of this number harassing any of their clients.
They do the same to me- call and when I answer there is no sound or anything. This has been going on for months, daily calls or at least several a week.
Fido told me to make a police report about the number and then fax the report to them after which they would change my phone number for free because it is harassment and that's the only way they can "block" the number. Without the police report it would be $25 to change the number. - fido customerI've heard music. Someone calls from this number few times a day.
I have my cell with Fido for a long time but I'm getting this calls only since Rogers bought Fido - ChrisThey started to call me 3 days ago, 3 or 4 times a day. Looks like they have a new fall campaign. They piss me off, but what can i do? Just look at the number and turn off the phone!
- RickshawI have reported this number to the Do Not Call List. I will encourage everyone to do the same. If we get enough people then I think we all can free ourself from this telemarketer.
https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/pfsc-fccs-eng - cckIm getting the same calls- 2 weeks now its been going on... but I don't think its from fido- I do get messages saying "your waranty has expired, this is your last curtesy call as you should have recieved mail. Press 1 to be directed to services".. or something. The message changes sometimes but it sounds like that....
I also tried answering the call today and it hung up on me. fun fun. - fidosuxI had his number coming into my phone a little while back. I am a Fido Plan customer.
I was getting a call from them daily, and every time i had answered, nobody would say anything for like 10 seconds,
so i would hang up.
I started to ignore the calls for a while, and they finally got to me.
I answered the phone, and it was fido with a survey.
i did the survey, and in the end, told them what [***] service i was getting from them,
and how many times them phoning has interrupted my busy schedule.
i ended up getting $10 in bonus rewards with an apology not from fido, Along with them not calling back.- Caller: Fido
- ERROR32I think is an automatic dialer that it's just for crooking people.
They call you, you answer, you pay 1 min for the call and Fido get more money by the way. If you want it to stop call the number.
An automatic message will follow and ask you to do not call anymore to your number.
Sorry bad English. - gennyI received calls from them once a day since almost a month. Never one mesage on my voicemail. I'm not a fido customer I am with Telus. So it may not be related to fido...

- T & Gasking them to remove you from the lists completely won't matter, I did that more than 2 years ago, but since I got a new phone from them (no contract mind you) just monthly plan I have had a few calls only since then. Trust me, if they call again, now that I know it's fido... they'll hear it, if only because of the privacy act. If you asked to be removed from the list and they contact you after the 30 days business you can file a complaint under the pipeda -privacy act in Canada- and let the feds deal with them! now this doesn't include that fancy new no call list... because you deal with fido they have a 'right' to call you.... BS they do
- arrrghThis is crazzy !!! I am getting at leats 48 calls a day every half hour!!!! I am Fido member...I hate this company !!!!!
- Angry fido customerAaahhh I hate this!!!!! Someone make them stop calling!
- Angry fido customerCan we just sue Fido for disturbing people as a class action?
- JessieI'm a Fido customer with a monthly plan and I've been bombarded with calls from this number many times a day since I made changes to my contract. When I answer, there is no automated message or anything. I decided to call today and removed my number from their calling list. I hope it holds up.

- Celine from MontrealI'm not a Fido customer and never been in the past. I saw this number today around 13:15 but didn't answered. They didn't leave message. I no more take time to answer at any numbers I don't first glance recognize, and say to myself that important unanswered calls would anyway, leave important messages. Right on, I subscribe to the National Removal Telephone List
