This company has called my cell phone twice and left a message that it was urgent that I return the call or they would make a decision on my file without my input.  I have no debts that have been turned over for collection so I would say this is just a big scam!

They are a collection agency and a rude one at that.  They got my 15 year old daughter on the phone and were so rude she was in tears when she called to give me the message.  Then I called and they refused to disclose what they did until I gave them my phone # - And they were so rude about it I would NEVER have imagined they were a real company - Who gives out their personal information these days without knowing who they are talking to???!!  Bunch of idiots if you ask me.

They call me all the time why?

They called me and said they'd make a decision if I didn't call them back.  I do not owe anyone money.

Who are these people and why are they calling me.

I don't know who this is and why they are calling me. They said if I didn't call back that a decesion would be made without my input.

I've gotten 2 messages that it was urgent someone return
the call. I suspect that they are looking for my ex, but
don't know for sure, and don't want to call them back.
Should I? I don't know anything about this group or what

I got a call from this company - not asking for anyone by name - just saying to call between 9 am - 7 pm EST.  I get a lot of calls for names of other people and don't know - I suspected this might be the same - but they called late and I'm not calling back.  If they wanted to speak to ME they should ask for me by name so I know it's me they are calling.  Since I live here alone and my cat can't answer the phone, too bad for them.  Very fishy!!

common guys im a bill collector myself you need to do a better job than this your not fooling anybody infact what your doing is illegal and im filing a report

I keep receiving calls from this number for a theresa ficsher who i do not know and who does not live at my number.  if i get any more calls from this company i will be calling a laywer to file charges for calling my number since the person they seem to be looking for does not live here.  leave me and my family alone we do not know you.

I just got a call from them and I called them back/ Told them I just received a VM message and they advised me they called the wrong #. I hope thats it with them

we have been recieving calls from this number for about a month now. It always shows up as a toll free number on our caller ID and I do not respond to those numbers. Usually they will quit calling after a few days but these people just keep calling. Finally today I got fed up and answered the phone. There was a recording telling me that I needed to call back at 866-408-8299 as soon as possible. I called back and got another computer voice telling me to leave my name and number, which I did not, or to go on-line at www.takhargroup.com and they would tell me what they were calling me about. I went online and it asks me for my phone number and zip code and then comes back and says that they don't have me in their files and that I need to call back on the phone again. I googled their number and from what I can find out these people are nothing but crooks. They are accusing people of owing money to Columbia House,so I've been told, and demanding your bank info and credit card info so they can make the payments for you. I have not found one person who says that these people are legit. I am not and have never been a member of Columbia House so I really don't know why they are calling. BEWARE

Called here again too.  Told my husband that they needed to get a hold of me for collections of a Black Expressions Book.  What is everyone in SC supposed to be black?
 I am white and have no use for this book.  Definate scam.  I owe no-one.

I recieved this call and I am not sure if I can answer to a company who cannot identify themselves.I am sure if its not legitimate I will report them.If I owe a bill to someone they can say so it,s not like people don,t pay bills.This a shady way of doing business.If this is not legal don,t call here . I don,t owe any money to this company.I won,t put up with scare tactics.This will be reported.

they never identify themselves, nor do they give any useable info.  They want you to contact them but even then they do not answer.  This must be a scam of some kind as no reputable company would behave in this manner. Does anyone know who to call to report them or how to get legal involved to stop them from harrassing people.  This has been going on for 3 months and I want it to stop now.

They are a debt collection company in Niagra Falls New York, When I went to their website I was able to sign in using my name, cell phone # that they have been leaving messages on, and zip code. They then show you your file and what they are trying to collect. They give you the option to pay right then (which I am not  going to do because I have already paid the bill) - it is from a bbok club membership. I am going to call the book club and not call these people back anymore. I have already left messages like the rest of you, so forget it. I am going to have the book club conyact them and tell them my account is paid in full. This is definitely a scam.  Hope this helps.

I received a call from them today wish was a recorded message stating that we need to call them back about an urgent matter, or we could visit them on line at taggetgroup, taccogroup, or something like that.  If we do not contact them then a judgment could be issued against us.  They did not state who they were calling for or give a reference number.  I will not be calling them back.

The # came up with all 00's, which led me to believe it was out of the country.  I answered and they left the very same message that everyone else is stating, I should call immediately,failure to do so will impede any imput that I might have.  Who are these people, and why are they calling me.  They left the # 1-866-408-8299.I wouldn't call them back, because they wouldn't say why they were calling.
