It is from Sprint. I have called Sprint for troubleshooting my cell phone that was unable to use as a PC DSL connection to access Internet. The call was for surveying your comments with Sprint customer services. I almost answered most of the questionaries for good services except keeping calling for this survey. If you have received Sprint call, just answer it and move on your life.

SPrint is fine as long as you never call into customer service, thats when they sscrew up everything including your plan, honestly you are better off going into a sprint store and talking to a sales person face to face.

This number called my cell phone and left no message. Thanks to all, I now know it is Sprint. I have Sprint, no contract, and have had their service for a few years. When there is a problem and if I do not get any satisfaction I remind them how many years I have been with them and with no contract, I can leave at any time. I have never really had any major problems with them except in some areas my reception is not good and I let them know. I think the no contract keeps them in nice mode and usually they try to resolve the issue. Most of the time issues are resolved.
    Thanks all

I'm glad to know it is sprint. I will answer next time they call!  They keep adding charges to our account so I am having to call them monthly to get them reversed.  They were suppose to fix that issue with my husbands phone yesterday and today he gets the same message on his phone!  Annoying!!!

This is the number that continually appears on my daughter's phone.  I think it is a California number - perhaps.

I have had Sprint PCS for nearly 10 years and have been absolutely UNIMPRESSED with their TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE when I try to get an issue resolved. Technology-wise there's not a dime's worth of difference in Sprint phones versus their competitors' phones, snd I, for one, will be going to ATT, who (at the moment) has far superior customer service (my home phone has been with Bell South/ATT like forever and they DO seem to listen and correct customer service issues).  Good riddance, Sprint!  I fully expect Sprint wlll try mightily to hit the federal government up for a bailout soon.  I predict Sprint will be history within a year or two.

It is a FACT that sprint has lost over 1 million (1.3+) customers during the last quarter and it shares have fallen 60% within the last six months. A very good majority of this is due to the extremely poor, not just in its native industry, customer service (http://www.nytimes.com/2008/11/08/technology/ ... =rssnyt&emc=rss). If you think Sprint is a good company, it's only because you are ignorant of many issues that have apparently not plagued you... yet. I mean do offense by my previous statement, it is an attempt to create awareness. Research your cell phone company. And Sprint's selection of phones? Would it surprise you to know that prior to some of the newer phones being USED by Sprint (as Sprint does NOT manufacture the phones you use, they merely sale them for use on their network) that they were being harshly criticized for having an overabundance of "old" technology and not moving with the times of their customer base as other companies, such as AT&T (iPhone, etc) and t-Mobile? It shouldn't. Sprint is a disintegrating company, and if this trial does not humble them, nothing short of a takeover will.

yeah, I have a data only plan (which I would hope THEY know about) yet I keep getting calls from that number as well. I wonder why they bother with surveying their crappy customer service when they continue not to change anything about it. They have become infamous for it.

With the fact that they are continuing to charge the full rate for early contract amounts (except for the new folks who don't yet qualify for it) I have had it with sprint. Fine, I will wait for the rest of the contract, and then I am history.

Yes it's from customer care. It's follow-up to be sure that a recent change was made satisfactorily and to provide a way to fix any questions that remain. Get a grip. They're trying to help you, not annoy you.

Hung up as soon as I answered. If it's Sprint, they do NOT want to hear how unhappy I am with them.

I have been a customer of sprint for about six years now. I recently purchased a new phone, and a few days after activation, I started getting calls from this number. Now, I will admit, I sceen my calls, so unless the caller ID shows up, I generally pick up(a little thing called 'stranger danger' taught me that). Sprint is a phone company, right? (Yes.) So why is it that they don't show up on my caller ID. It isn't a labor intensive process. In the time it takes them to bother me several times a day, they could set it up(and take a coffee break, and resume bothering people). I was already annoyed that people I have classes with have a signal when inside the building, inside a cement block room, that is inside another cement block room... and even when I'm in my room at home (no cement), I have to walk around to find a signal, which usually cuts out when I'm in the middle of a call. I don't live in a corn field or in a big city, but my town is at that tipping point before it's a city, and there are at least 5 Sprint stores, so, and this may just be me, SHOULDN'T SPRINT CUSTOMERS HAVE DECENT SERVICE? But I guess that's just too much to ask for, especially if the request is from someone who has been filling Sprint's pockets with cash for six years. That's 72 monthly bills, about half of which had internet charges (that were crazy).

I appreciate this wall, or whatever it is, because I was goin nuts trying to figure it out.
