I totally agree with you.  I detest Sprint and Time Warner Cable services.

I've been with Sprint for years also, BUT, they have so many charges for everything, it's unreal.  I had four cell phones with them, for family members, and I have had all but one turned off at my request.  One more I am having turned off this week, at my request, and then NO MORE SPRINT, YEA!!!!!

I received this phone call today because I had contacted Sprint Tech Support last night (January 9th) and the representative who was helping me stated that there was a chance that I may be asked to take a short telephone survey. The message that was left was in spanish and only 3 seconds long, but upon calling back I was able to take the survey in english.

I am getting several calls per day from this number, and I want them to stop calling me.

I just put it on the block list. They wont be bothering me again .

Keep getting a call on one of my phones from 1-866-542-6911. They never leave a message if it is Sprint, they need to leave a message and speak English.

I had to call Sprint when my last bill showed $ 7.00 for "domestic roaming" in Detroit and Traverse City, both places where Sprint has 100% coverage on their own system.  This is the second month in a row for this and coincidentally exactly the same charge!  The first time I called, the person took it right off the account.  This month the much younger person wasn't willing at first to do that, but with a bit of pressing and being put on hold for a minute, he came back and took care of it.  He must have needed some "extra" training.  He also said to expect a follow-up call with a survey.  That's what this call is about.  So those that get it have likely had some interface with Sprint in the last couple of weeks.

it's sprint customer service...they want you to take a survey about your recent experience with the customer service agent you dealt with when you called in...

I receive a call almost twice to three times a week from this number. I am no longer (and have not been) a customer for sereral years now. There is now reason to call me. Worse off I work for a Police Depatrment and this is their assigned work number that sprint is calling me on!

Just heard my phone beep: it was this number, listed as a "missed call". The funny thing is that the phone never rang, just went straight to "missed call". If this is Sprint, they have such lousy service they can't even get through to their own customers.

Received a call from this number; no message. Keeps calling.
