    I dont want to go deep into the issue, I'll just get upset. Basically I switched from at&t to sprint because I can get gps, inet, text and 450 mins for about $30 less than at&t, but I must say that at&t's customer service is way better than sprint. Seems like they cant help much at sprint, while at at&t they've helped me a lot better with any issues i.e. I was overseas and I needed my phone unlocked to put a local sim in it, I was amazed, I made the call and in about 3 to 4 hours they called me back with the unlock code. Maybe this is the way it should be actually, vs having to wait x amount of business days or whatever, I was impressed because I've been used to low expectations, I had sprint before then at&t and now sprint again, about 3 to 4 years with each.Sprint needs to get a good customer service manager, kick the careless techs out and get serious with their hires.

    Look people ... It's probably a 3rd party agency calling on behalf of Sprint because you have called them recently and they want to survey you on how their customer service did. All companies calling you like this are not allowed to leave messages regarding your account or service. This goes back to the days when everyone had answering machines instead of voice mail, so as to protect you from someone else getting the message intended for you.

    I have been with Sprint as a customer for 9 years and have never had any complaints with their customer service. They are always helpful and I continue to find places I have signal where my friends or colleagues with another carrier do not. As a FORMER Time Warner customer (I now have ATT U-Verse), I would not compare ANY other customer service to theirs because they simply do not care about their customers ... all they care about is collecting more and more money for their crappy cable service.

    After reading on here that it was Sprint, I called the number back.  It was an automated system wanting me to take a survey because I contacted technical support today.  They just wanted to know how they did.

    got numerous calls from unrecognized # left messages in spanish, since i don't speak spanish goggled # and found out it was sprint. Thanks for wasting my time. Called # it was questionare, left unhappy message for sprint

    I have received two calls from this number today too with no voice mail. It's such annoying and they definitely can do better than this.

    I like Sprint and have not had any major problems with them but this is really unprofessional.

    they called twice, i couldn't answer, they left no message.
    what I would have said: 1st call i made i was given an option i wanted to do and the 2nd call i amde to place that option into effect informed me that option was NOT available. The calls were 15 minutes apart. so...they gave me bad information.

    I've read that is all this number is, but it has called me three times in the last 24 hours.  When I was on the phone with an actual person yesterday, they asked me if they had done a good job helping me... isn't that enough?

    This number keeps calling me but leaves no message. If it is sprint "customer care" then they should have "cared" BEFORE I switched to TMobile... For being such a big company they have really bad customer service as well as they were constantly overcharging me.

    I've gotten that call 5 times with no message.  I haven't called it back or answered it yet, I might answer next time and just tell them to stop without giving them feedback.  Besides them calling me relentlessly, i really haven't had any other problems

    No worries. I deal with these kinds of recurring calls by placing their numbers in my address book with a designated ring of "mute" and my life goes on.

    sprint is the most ridiculous company i have ever dealt with, they will screw you every way they can, and will never be there when you need customer service.  i am changing to anything but them, glad to see i am not the only one that thinks they suck.

    I just wanted to post a comment on here to explain a few things about this call that everyone keeps getting. Everyone on this webpage is complaining about Sprint. I find this VERY funny because the point of the phone call is to see how your service was from either customer care or the rep you worked with in the store.  If you have something to complain about, take the FREE phone call and tell Sprint how you feel, not some webpage that Sprint will NEVER look at. So if you feel so strong about how you feel about Sprint (good or bad) take the phone call! Your phone will stop ringing with that phone number and maybe your opintion will matter. All Sprint cares about is Customer Satisfaction! Tell them how you really feel, take the survey and realize that phone call is the benefit you and other customers that may have the same issue!!

    Calls at least 1-2 times a day leaving no message... i dont pick up bc if i dont know the number then i dont pick up. If its important i assume they would leave a message and they dont. ANNOYING!

    Sprint has provided excellent customer service every time I have called or gone into my local store. The customer service always listens and if they do not know they transfer me to someone who does. What is with all the whinning and slamming of Sprint? Please give the customer service reps a break.

    I just received a call from this number today but did not answer it.  I did just call Sprint/Nextel yesterday and yelled at them for a good while because I have either had phone, service, account, or customer service problems for the past year now.  I yelled long enough to get to a supervisor and got my account changed so I can get out of it without a $200 charge that shouldn't even be there since I haven't changed my account in over 3 years with them.  Yet magically I was supposed to be locked in until this coming August.  Verizon here I come!!  I'll actually get a phone that will fit in my pocket rather than the brick phones that Nextel still has.

    This is from Sprint - I had an issue I discussed with them over my cell phone bill & they evidently were calling back to see if everything was satisfactory. So far there were only two calls. Anymore will be annoying.
