Request to have not be called

Sprint customer care. They left no message. I called it back and it was a survey on how well they did. Six simple questions. This was the first time I got someone at Sprint that knew what they are doing.

They fondled my gerbil, but did not leave a message.  My gerbil is now sullen and withdrawn.

Same thing happened to me today (Aug 5 2011). When you call it back it says it is Sprint for a survey. I rated my agent good on everything. Sprint is great, what other company would have a system setup to tell you what the call was about when you call back like that.

It's Sprint - Wanted to know how I liked their crappy GPS on my phone.. Its the worst.  Addresses haven't been updated in about 100 years.

This was Sprint customer care. I had an issue with a bogus collection agency that called every day - multiple times every day. Sprint was able to block the number for me. They have always been very helpful. It's too bad they use the same number to solicit for new service.

called back didn't ring or nothing

I got a call today and they did not leave message however i called it back and was asked to complete a survey about my recent call to customer service...  The call was during busines hours for me... I see no harm in it...

called sprint and blocked it. hard to believe they dont even know its their own number.   can't even get the message!  pitiful

The number is an automated survey, that's why it doesn't leave a voicemail.  I called Sprint customer service yesterday and they asked me if I wanted to participate in a survey.  I said yes and they said someone would be calling me in the next 48hrs.  That someone is the number we're commenting about.  If you call it back, it prompts you for your choice of language (English/spanish) then it proceeds to the survey.

I love them too... I just received this call today, but we had just changed our plan up a little and added a couple of new phones. I'm sure it is just a courtesy call regarding the changes we made. ( I missed the call.) We've been Sprint customers for about 5 years with 6 phones on our plan.

All this anger because you repeatedly fail to pay your bill on time! You are on phone thousnads of minute a month spewing meaningless verbage that partner on the other end does not liten to, but naits for their turn to spew the same trash back at you. Your happiness is directly correlated to the amount of time you can impact others in some vile manner. If you are not whining, you are bitching,if not bitching you're moaning, if not moaning you're pissing and moaning, if not pissing and moaning you're whining and the tedious cycle repeats showing the rest of the world what an unhappy, infantile. puny minded leech you are. I received a call from Sprint also, they did not leave a message and that is not professional.  I will contact them because I like Sprint, have had them for twelve years and they even gave me some perks for being with them so long.   It must be a new person who needs more training.
