Report a phone call from 866-948-5508 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- C.M.I didn't get a phone call but had charges show on my bank account. I contacted the bank and they gave me the phone number 866-948-5508. When I called the number, the call would not go through. I got a message the call could not be completed as dialed. I went to the bank and they too tried the number and it would not work. I had to fill out a fraud report and get a new card. It hasn't been determined at this time how the card information got to this company. After reading these posts with the many business names, numbers, and charges,I am very thankful I cancelled the card when I did.
- Glenys Mccabe (New Zealand)Asked for a free sample of teeth whitening product - was charged $25 for postage. In the last week they have charged my card with $123.24 Ultifreshwell, $120.33 Beutyclub (can't even spell!) and $140.75 Premiere Whitening.-totalling $384.32. Haven't had a reply to my emails. The bank says we have to pay. Am furious!!!
- leegot a call from this #
- MarilynI called my bank and told how I had asked for a teeth whitening free trial. I asked them not to let ultifreshwell charge anything to my card. I told her that I tried to get in touch with the company, to no avail. I said the 1.95 for shipping the trial to me is the last charge from any teeth whitening company that I will tolerate. I was told that a company called "Naturemax" had just begun a charge for $ 92.37. I had her cancel the card. She said that the Naturemax charge will not go through. She will issue a new card with a different number. Therefore, these crooks have my old useless credit card number. She said that they have lots of these fraudulent charges going onto peoples cards. Don't hesitate to call your bank, insist on a change of your card number and refuse to allow any fraudulent charges. As long as you fill out the "Fraudulent Claim Form", within 40 days, for the bank, the fraudulent charges will be credited back to your account. At least, that is what the Bank of America has promised me. If enough of us have our banks credit these charges back to us, these crooks will become so well known, they will be exposed on "60 Minutes".
- RobI just got off the phone with my credit card issuer & unfortunately learned that there are 40+ names of products that are affiliated & linked through this Dazzle White fiasco. I'm lucky I phoned back to them to double check the situation as I found out that there had yet been one more charge from a product called elitepack posted 3 days after my last cc statement. Luckily, they agreed to refund the $24.82 U.S. considering that I had never even heard of this product before the representative at the credit card office told me about it. Now the question is what to do about the $338.01 that all these "other" companies associated with Dazzle White or Total White have charged me? I tried the website listed number & of course they can't be reached from the Canadian side of the border. What is really low is that one of the numbers I found for contacting them in Pickering, Ontario, Canada has been used by an elderly blind woman with a TDDY hookup for the last 14 months. She's so fed up with getting angry calls from other victims that she didn't answer her phone for almost 3 months. The taped messages on her answering machine were always full with not the nicest language on the planet. Somebody's IT staff needs to get their butt in gear & change that number so this nice lady can live a normal decent life and not be constantly harassed. In the meantime for the rest of us victims, cancel the card used to pay for the products, ask for a replacement & "DONT ACTIVATE IT". This is just in case they can somehow transfer any future charges over to the newly issued one. If you have to spend an hour or two with your credit card representatives to cancel everything unauthorized showing on your card...DO IT! It will be a cold day in Gehenna the next time I buy anything off the internet that isn't payed with PayPal. My junk email is just bulging with offers from crooks of every shape, origin, & size. All the more as we approach the time of the year when "Peace on Earth & Good Will to all men" is supposed to mean something. BULLCRAP! Greedy hypocrites with no personal integrity or morals ruin it for everybody.
- Mohammed NadeemI got scammed from Beutyclub, nutralogy, ultifreshwell, healthsmile, these were meant to be two companies offering free samples and when it came to cancelling it was like hell there contact numbers dont work its so hard to get hold of them by email its a load of rubbish,I contacted my credit company and they told me they cant do anything for the payments that have been deducted and will monitor my account so these bogus companies cannot take any more money out, if by any chance they do I will be refunded from my credit card company, i was sent a form to fill and return so everything can be set up so these fraudsters cannot take anymore money out. They need to get a life worthless pieces of idiots got nothing better to do. Rot in hell you devils

- LouThis is a complete scam. Can someone help me to figure out how I can get in touch with these jerks. I am going to do what I can to bring down this fraudulent company
- annetteI to orderd the ultifresh FREE trial for $4.95 poastage then when I received my credit card statement two weeks after $4.95 (which turned to be $15.00)came out then another $97.00 appeared on my statement then two weeks later $98.00 more was taken by these people they are just scum and they are committing fraud we need to get these people. My bank was great they cancelled my credit card as soon as was rang them and told them they also reported to the fraud squad.
I also try to cancell, (thats was just a joke) and to topit all the junk dose not work - 1.Dazzle Smile USA (aka ULTIFRESHWEL / DThis is a joke..they rip you off. 1.Dazzle Smile USA (aka ULTIFRESHWEL / Dazzle White)and the number that comes up on you statement is 866-948-5508 whrn the number really is 888-948-5508...customer service was great once I was able to track down the number to get a hold of them

- courtneythey got me too 87.67.. 11/30
- LizI paid for the trial offer with my credit card and never even got the product. Then they had the nerve to charge $87.62 to my credit card account when I specifically told them that I was only interested in the trial offer and to take me of the list.SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! I sure learned my lesson.I think I should call Help Me Howard. What do you think????
- Debbie SinkI was also charged on my credit card $87.62 and I cannot get ahold of this company to correct the problem-number is disconnected!!!!
- CarolI unfortunately am there with the rest of you. Ordered the trial sample of Dazzlesmile and Cleanwhites. Got both samples, then lo and behold, my credit card bill showed 4 huge charges -- 79.95, 87.62, 87.62, and 83.90. Tried one of the phone #'s and of course not in service. Called other one and talked to someone who offered to give me a $30 discount and send out "another" product...that I didn't get in the first place. I said, no, I want a credit. So I go on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor. No luck, so I finally pressed 1 to leave a message.
Then I called my credit card company. I had been able to cancel one of the subscriptions that I didn't know I ordered on 11/17 (cleanwhites) per an email they sent...good thing I check my junk mail. My cc gave me a credit for the one supposedly shipped on 11/14 and 11/12 because I received neither. They're monitoring my account and if I am charged anything further, I'm to call them and they will credit my account. She told me that 90% of their disputed charges are for these teeth whitening products. I guess I deserve to pay for those samples since I obviously didn't read all the fine print, but this is a scam -- however "legal" they claim. If it's in the fine print, they've got you.
I'm almost embarrassed that I was taken in by this -- but no more spur of the moment orders online. I may still use my JC Penney card online but that's about it. - rosethey charged me $14.13 from healthsmile, $96.02 ultifreshwell another $95.05 for just one tube i got?
- Caller: ultifresh
- frustratedI have just logged into my CC account and found these charges. All I can say that this is a true scam. I have received a sample tube that I have not used. and that is it.
I will be making calls to my Credit Card Issuer, I will file with the attorney General, BBB and file a police report. There is no need to call these scammers. because calling them and getting my card credited will not stop them from charging other people.
This is my charge history

- CarrieI called the number and they refunded my money (at least they are suppose too) They gave me confirmation numbers and I wrote down everyone’s name that I spoke with. They were planning on billing me again for another $87.00 in a week and I never even received the product. They were pretty easy to work with and willing to refund my money without any problems.

- ChristinaThey are a bunch of crooks and I just told them that. The real number to call is 1 888 948 5508
- GeneDitto everyone...
Does anyone know anyone who works for this company? Officers, workers, lawyers of the company, etc... where they are located, address, home addresses, information about their family members, their children's names, their kid’s kindergarten teacher's names, bank account numbers, vehicle license numbers, photos of any type, anything that would help tract down these XxXxX? It's time to go hunting for big game. Anybody for a road trip? I believe the proper authorities should have this information to protect them from those who have a need to impose a proper justice. A flame thrower comes to mind but I would have to live with the results. In all fairness, they should have their day in court. No one really got hurt. We all wanted something for nothing. We got took. Yep... Guilty.
PS: Anyone have any recent photos of these people? - Whistler BlowerDispute Resolution: Contact your CC Company or Bank, this will be easier if you used a credit card rather than your Debit.
Credit Cards call CS customer service and ask to speak to a charge dispute agent. Have your current billing statement available and explain that you did not authorize contested amounts, agree to intial charge for trail period afterall we did agree to that. Inform agent that you wish to dispute unauthorized amounts. They should initate credit for amount(s). Agent then should inform you that they will mail you a form to sign and return disputing the charges in writing. Complete this form and mail back.
While you have the agent on the phone have them look for any other unauthorized amounts originating from same company or similar product not yet billed out to you on your next month's statement.
Credit Card users have a certain degree of protection as opposed to Debit Card users. In effect the $ is already gone from your bank account and it will be pretty much between you and the company but maybe you can get some
relief through a bank officer.
