I received call from Mobile number:  +91-8742931421 on 11/01/2012 at 12 pm. The man on phone told me that he is calling from Warrant Execution Department, Dadar, Mumbai and he wants to meet me within 24 hours as he has an arrest warrant for me. Also he abused me on my mobile number. I filed a Police complaint against this same number.

I also got a call this particular NUMBER

This number night mare for me who is calling i should put them in Jail...

Not to worry i already spoke to police commisioner regarding this next if they call please inform here

got an call from this no. too...but can we get unite to trace where is he calling from and who is he?...think we need to have computer experts here...thoughts guys?
And secondly he is bogus because real police will never speak this rude language on phone.

even he called me tdy around 11:52 and i have redialed his number and this number is not belong to mumbai.

this guy calls himself as CBI.
But the real truth is he is a collection agent of RAK Bank in U.A.E.
He bought the personal information of U.A.E bank loan credit card defaulters and chasing them in India.
He calls and speaks in a rude language threatening to jail you in 24 hours.
He uses words like Interpol, CBI, Red Corner Notice, U.A.E's Wanted fugitive criminals list, Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant, etc.
Just "ignore" this guy. he is not a police, he is just another local Indian 'Collection Agent' belonging to Advocate Gupta group in New Delhi.

this fellow is very rude, used vulgar words about mother and sister. he says he is from delhi police or interpol or CBI. this [***] say in within some minutes you get call from local police so please take your original ID proof and verify your self.

first he said he inspector yadav from the international fraud commission in new delhi and an unbailable warrant have been issued in my name and TIHAR jail awaits me.
I said ok please send me a copy of this warrant and i would also like to note down your details for further reference. he said to contact an advocate and gave me his nu. which i pretended to note down.

I called my uncle immediately ACP Nagarjuna and asked for his advice. He told me if an unbailable warrant is issued you will never be notified as the authority would limit chances of loosing you.

Secondly this no. is not traceble probably skype or diverted service so if they are legitimate they will not intimidate but take action. This message of indian law is for all my brothers and sisters. " IF YOU ARE IN YOUR COUNTRY YOU ARE OBLIGED TO PAY BACK YOUR LOANS TO THE INTERNATIONAL BANK ONLY AT A DENOMINATION OF YOUR CURRENT INCOME STATUS IN INSTALMENTS " only action can be taken by interpol in extradition treaty agreement which is a whole lott of other case totaly.
So if you receive these calls again reply back hard let these fu.....krs know that you are not intimidated.

Yes this guy is speaking on behalf of UAE bank. He claims himself to be a policeman called YADAV. and he suggests us to contact advocate Gupta..!! Advocate Gupta is nothing but a debt recovery agent. This guy speaks about Interpol. I want to know what is the solution as I lost my job in UAE and i have no money to repay my debt. All my money was lost in UAE in business. Here in India, my salary is just 9,000 indian rupees. tough life. i am bankrupt. i dont know how to prove my bankruptcy in UAE as there is no bankruptcy law in UAE. Here in India, whether CBI or Interpol will come and arrest me, I am really worried. Daily UAE bank calls my sister and her husband and threatening them. I am worried. please give some information on how to defend myself legally.

You know what i got a call from the same number-08742931421 which belongs to YADAV the great man says that NON BAILABEL WARRENT is been issued on my name & i am international defaulter its a big crime so be ready for the actions & advocate Gupta phone number - 07838627398 said the same. the word used "B" is not the right word it should be " BBBBBBBBB you bet. i am facing the same issue & for the last 24 hours i have both this 2 guys are calling me in fact they went to this extent by saying the local police is coming to my house in HYD today (18th july-2012). this person Mr.Yadav told me that right now the local cops are coming to my house this got me worked up & at the same time he put me on a conference call to Gupta & Gupta said that he will call back in 15min & put me on a conference call with the bank this was at 12.02noon till now he has not called.
i want to know from you all guys what is to be done in this case. please advise thank you.

The great ACP YADAV in like a mouse & says that he says now that he is a sum in specter now, when we questioned about the case he did not have an answer & hung up & after that he is not picking up his call. this is all you INF. take care guys good luck trust me.

I also got a call from this no. today posing as a Havildar with Patiala House court in Delhi ,issuing the same kind of threats, and causing me great stress. He was abusive and said they will come to arrest me today.

This inspite of my settling the card.

Request you to please speak to commissioner once again and put an end to the menace.

SS, dont worry. This guy is purely a debt recovery agent. He cannot arrest any defaulter. He is hired by UAE banks like First Gulf Bank, RAK Bank, Dubai NBD, Dubai First, Ajman Bank, etc. If he speaks in abusive tone, definitely we can complain to the Police. We can sue the bank concerned too. Btw, what is your bank? UAE? Loan or Credit Card default?

WoW, Thanks Guys i got a call from this number yesterday and i was very much worried, he said the same things as u guys told that police is on there way to my home, i belive all of us in some way are defaulters to some bank in UAE, let us seek and recieve advise with every one and keep on posting so that will be aware of the Indian law and situation. as far as i know they cant arrest us coz indian law doesnt allow them to do so. i just want to ask can they put us ban in all GCC countries.

Khan, generally if u have credit card default or bank loan default then UAE bank will illegally make ur secuirty cheque bounce and will book a police case against you as u know cheque bounce is a criminal offense in UAE. The fact is it is bank's fault only because the defaulter does not have enough money to pay even the instalment amount, so wantonly the bank presented the security cheque NOT FOR REALISING MONEY but for booking police case, travel ban against you. So if u have cheque bounce case in UAE then u cannot enter UAE. at airport in UAE, police will arrest you. If you have money, better negotiate with bank and pay off ur debt so that u can again enter UAE and work. Otherwise, there will be LIFE BAN in UAE. But i dont know about GCC. If you dont have money, you can meet one good advocate in your area and proceed with declaring bankruptcy.
