there is some agency by the name of smart consultants collecting for brclays bank Dubai in delhi .
these ppl have no authority to do so and are rude ,I am thinking of filling a police complaint against the bank and these agents
who think that they threaten and intimidate ........

We all in the same boat! almost 3 months im getting threating call to me and my family from GUPTA and Alok threpati his associates. few days back I had been to police saying that I am receiving harassment  call for these A****oles. long story short I have logged a complaint with FIR, keep figures cross will see some good results soon :)
honestly am ready to pay all my dues once I get my job I don't wann keep one rupee from this blood suckers bank

Registration of FIR in cognizable offence must: SC
Registration of FIR in cognizable offence is a must and action must be taken against police officials for not lodging a case in such offences, the Supreme Court held on Tuesday.

A five-judge Constitution Bench headed by Chief Justice P Sathasivam said, -We hold registration of FIR is mandatory and no preliminary enquiry is permissible in cognizable offences.-

The bench, also comprising justices B S Chauhan, Ranjan P Desai, Ranjan Gogoi and S A Bobde, said action must be taken against erring police officials for not registering FIR in cognizable offences.

-Police officials cannot avoid to register the FIR and action must be taken against them if no FIR is registered,- the bench said.

It said that preliminary enquiry can be conducted in other cases to find out whether the offence is cognizable or not and such probe must be completed within seven days.

The bench said there is no ambiguity in the law and the legislative intent is for compulsory registration of FIR in cognizable offences.

The constitution bench delivered the verdict after a three-judge bench referred the case to the larger bench on the ground that there were conflicting judgements on the issue.

guys when we go to cops , for complaint what exactly do we tell them ??? and what do they say in reply ..

First write a complain saying ur getting harassment and extortion calls for these numbers, also mention in ur complain that ur bankrupt in UAE, be honest to cops. then  Straight away go to police along with ur written complain and register FIR against Gupta and his F**King associate, ask cops to do inquire, once FIR is register Cops will take action against these A***holes. most importantly when cops call then they will say he is a lawyer all bhla  bhla, you no need to worry since ur already mention that ur bankrupt in UAE in ur complain. moreover ur bankrupt in UAE not in India so you need to chill, be honest to cops and tell them I will pay them  but you need time take time for 6 months to one year and discount on the due amount. see how this work for you and keep me posted. will all work together to pull this guys behind Bars
Note:- Whoever read this comments and have similar problem please join hands we need to work as a team, Please please log a FIR against then agency this is not acceptable ( WILL PAY THEM OFF WHEN WE HAVE JOB AND MONEY)

Inspector Yadav is a false person, no connection with Delhi police. Just block them and send a complaint  to Bank Ombudsman office at local RBI near your home

Dear SIr,

I am Syed Kafeel, even i received a call from a person namely Mr. Jadav, +91 7503010950... He states that i have a criminal case in UAE and according to IPC blah blah they will cancel my passport and i have to stay in my current employed currently forever and he also told me that i'll be jailed for 90 to 180 days if i don't talk to the persons in UAE and arrange to cancel the case.

Please advise me,

just chill , tell him to take action and you are not going anywhere or talking to anyone ..
ask him to take legal route and complain if harrasement continues , don't give ur address .
speak to him in same language ,,,if he shouts you shout louder..

I have been getting such calls from last three months same story with me saying passport will be cancelled all that, infact today also they dialed me I asked them to F**k O**
secondly about passport cancellation  is [***] because few days back I had renew my passport without any problem, log a complaint in local police to be safe if your still worried!

I left Dubai with lots of dept various bank 2009 when I lost job. Now I got call after 5 Year same no 750093190 something like that same things Gupta , Delhi, case etc. I was worried now I  read all this post I m feel free.. some bilkish agent also call me yesterday . Both dept collector called me once . I was worry last day until read all post today. Entire night I Didnt sleep properly . Just ignore all this call and tell them do what ever want to do. They will never do anything in India. They want money . If u  have money than pay direct to bank take noc.if not than forget u was in Dubai . Don, t worry enjoy your life here in India. [***] this country UAE. They are big chor. Very rude low and work. Much work and less  salary. Any body knows reality how many person are live happy in UAE. Chek all these relative post. i was told by my friend that there is 3 cheque bounce case against me in UAE.
Total amount debt by me is around 400,000 AED which is coming to around 75 lakh indian rupees.
I am afraid whether i will be extradite to UAE and put in jail there.

I also got a call today morning. Anything that needs to be done or they r just scaring us?
