Thanks for your reply which was very much informative, yes as said earlier we all are some how defaulter's to any bank in UAE if not all atleast me, as i dont have money i cant pay so i was thinking of going to any GCC country just wondering whether there would be ban or not as you said police will arrest me if i go to UAE airport in the same way i want to inquire about GCC if you have any info pls update. and moreover what is the possibility to these people of arresting me here in india of putting a case against me passport cease etc. and do you know any lawyer who can file a bankruptcy for me and what is the procedure and how it will help me. I had the same issue in November last year and got really scared then got Yadav cornered and so did gupta, asked him for warrant number and all that, he had no answer.

Every body is telling that they got call and he spoke rudely and gupta and all that stuff, guys look at the bigger picture can anybody tell me how to get rid of these agencies or in particular pandey and gupta stuff, does anyone know anyone who solved cases like this, as we all are defaulters how to finish this matter, today tomorrow or any other time if not gupta someone else will call then how to handle what to say do we need to appoint a lawyer, do we need to talk to police. is there anyone who is senior in this case who can guide us, or anyoff your friend who dealt with this type of case pls advise.

UAE law never allows you to explain your situation when the Bank files a cheque bounce case against you. UAE law just asks one question "did you sign the cheque". Obviously you will say 'Yes' and the next moment UAE law will send you to jail. The moment you are in jail, you lose job, you lose all contacts. Arabic lawyers! and there is no Indian lawyer, you see. There is no bail for you so that you can talk to any of your friend and arrange for money. Jail is end of road in UAE for cheque bounce. It is like capital punishment. I know if you have been allowed to continue in your job, you would have gradually payed of your debt. Banks never gave a thought in consideration of  your financial situation. Banks have no plans to offer you an alternative repayment plan considering your economical situation, rather the Banks were keen on bouncing your cheque and sending you to jail. The best thing you did is YOU ESCAPED TO INDIA.. Mother India is a safe place for Indians. UAE Bank is the main criminal bcoz they knowingly bounced the security cheque and wantonly they went for police case against you and many of us, and you see, we are not criminals. We are not even offenders, without our approval and consent, the Bank went ahead and presented our secuirty cheque, it was against our wish. You see there is absolutely NO CRIMINAL INTENT from our side in the cheque bounce. So it is better to just give it a damn. Collection agents are barking dogs hired by UAE banks. Simply they bark bcoz they can only bark and not to do anything in India legally. Just file a complaint against the collection agent YOU SEE, LOAN OR CREDIT CARD IS A PRIVATE / PERSONAL MATTER BETWEEN YOU AND THE BANK. Bank never told us that they will hire a third rated collection agent to harass us. So UAE banks crossed all norms. But we cannot sue them. But we can just give them a damn. Lets do it. Mera Bharat Mahan. Never answer calls from collection agents. If they appear before you, just say that they no business to do with you. Did you borrow from collection agent? no, right? so dont worry about them. If they are harassing, just complain to local police. Write elaboratly in online complaint board forums so that every other innocent UAE bank defaulter will get some strength from his already ruined career. God bless all of us for rebuilding a career. THE GREATEST PUNISHMENT FOR US IS THAT "WE CANNOT GO BACK TO UAE AGAIN" Let us accept that plain truth and stay calm. NO NEED TO REPAY THE DEBT. Because it was the UAE Bank which robbed your peace in UAE by bouncing the cheque and initiating a police case against us. Otherwise we would have continued in UAE with a decent job and we would have paid our debts, gradually SOMEHOW, if not as per the agreed instalment.

Hello Sirs, I also received call from this guy calling himself Warrant Officer. He says UAE govt has sent my file to India. CBI will arrest me in 24 hours. For full details i should call Advocate Gupta. But I checked with one of my friend in police department, he told me that CBI want to arrest means CBI will not give any advance information, they will directly come without any notice. So this guy is a fake guy. This guy yadava and gupta are nothing but recovery agents. they have bought our outstanding debt information from banks in UAE.

Thank you Govindarajan. All those UAE bank loan debtors are already suffering the loss of job and loss of standard income. Your words bring some relief. There is no way to pay off the debts in UAE. Ban in GCC will be greatest punishment. Thats enough,

Can anyone tell me that if we have a case of cheque bounce in UAE can we travel to any GCC country, I heard Qatar and Saudi is offering nice job we can built our carrer there, but i am fearing if we are blacklisted in GCC they might arrest us at Qatar or Saudi airport

If you have a cheque bounce case in UAE, it is very risky to go to any GCC because if you accidentally got arrived at Dubai or Abudhabi airport (due to plane divert from Oman or Saudi or Qatar), your situation will be so bad as you will be arrested at immigration point itself.
Moreover, one indian guy named Srinivasan was held by the Oman immigration at Muscat on his way from Tanzania to India, the reason being a pending cheque bounce case in UAE. You know what happened? This poor guy Srinivasan committed suicide in Muscat airport itself.
Google and find out what happened to him.
Please dont take any risk.
NO to GCC if u have any cheque bounce case in UAE because database is shared between GCC nations.

I got a call from this number today, some one called Naresh Yadav called. He claims to be from Interpol and CBI. He is going to seize my property in 72 hours. He quoted some case number of cheating against me done in Dubai. He said he will call my dad and brother to police station for interrogation and our house will be seized. Should I be worried. I lost my Job and hence cant pay the credit card debt immediately.

anywhere in GCC .When u reach any GCC country  dont share your past with others also not use Facebook
