Hi, i came back to delhi from UAE this year, i have a total outstanding of 1,70,000aed with different banks..lately i having started receiving calls from some collection agency in delhi...i dont have money to pay them as i lost my job in UAE and i still dont have a job here in delhi...
My question is that till what limits these collection agencies can reach...
Can they come to my home and visit me???
Is this legal according to the guidelines???

Please help...
I am in a real mess...not able to sleep properly with these negative thoughts in my mind...

Guys , we are all hassled by these parasites who just want commision , just chill and ask them to FO challenge them to come to ur house , they wont , i know it is not easy but hang in there ,,as time will increase this will also decrease

Guys just go to lawyer club india.com  search about cheque bounce case in UAE , various lawyers giving opinions .
in the end nothing can be done by debt collectors offince outside india no section ipc vaild here ....
Only i debt runs in millions then maybe ,, but that to permission from central govt needed so it wont happen ,,,, lot of bussinessman have returned , no extradition ,,,, think about it it is not possible ,,, and moreover if these guys could do anything legal to us why would they threaten us with foul language and emails and use scare tactics ,,, they would simply go ahead ,,,   just chill ,,, remeber threating is there last resort dnt bow down to it,, tell then you are willing to go to indian court which they cant do

I have been gettin calls from rak ban since 2 months and askin me to pay back the debt as due to loss of job i do not have a single penny.
Couple of weeks back i got an email stating that i have a debt in rak bank and this email is sent from local lawyer asking me to settle the amount or call jp garg the bank representative for settlement outside the court.
After speaking to jp garg got to know that  gupta is his assistant.
please any one can help or advice me on this.

Good to see so many comments, Guys i have had calls from Bilkish, then Stryker Financial Services, and some company from Delhi, and last week i have lodged a official police complaint. The inspector told my family, no need to pay a single penny to anybody.

I have been in this from last 4-5 years and i know how it feels, but we all have been subject to the swame thing now let me raise some points

- RAK Bank and even Mashreq Bank are in Mumbai, why they dont call or visit?
- We are bound by the law of India, no UAE bank can harm us
- The so called people in this forum who are advising all to make payments are not to be taken seriously
- U know i spoke to yadav after he threatened me, he was [***] bricks and did not pick up the call
- They apply these tactics to break u down, as everyone is worried about the prestige and name in the society
- I would suggest all my friends in India Pakistan & Philipnes to log a police complaint and document all the calls and make a solid letter of evidence against these cowards
- Dont get abused, keep ur cool and reac sharply

what to do.

I am from Hyderabad, today one of my FB friends got a call from 8745974438 and was saying he is from Mumbai Crime Branch and asking for my number. He gave me my number, He called me and was threatening me saying that a NON BAILABLE WARRANT has been issued on my name and local police is reaching my home in my home town. I asked the reason for WARRANT and he didn't tell anything and he asked me to speak to the person who has raised this complaint. He gave the number as 9953879118. When I spoke that person he said he is Advocate J P Garg from Patiala court. He said there is complaint from UAE RAK bank against me and said if I don't pay the amount police will come and arrest me in next 3 hours. After  some conversation as I agreed I will pay the due amount he arranged a conference call with the RAK Bank UAE executive and he mentioned an amount that is really hard to pay and I don't even remember I spent so much money. Now I am not in a situation to pay the amount. When I called back that advocate again he gave me complaint number as IR IPC 2015/xxxx, he also used big words like INTERPOL, International Travel Ban, Passport Cancellation has also been raised for me and my wife. Can you please advise me whether the complaint is real? does that complaint number really exists? Is Interpol/Indian police really involved in this case? Do we have law in india to arrest for the frauds done in other country? how far these guys can go? I assume this is Fraud not a criminal case, Will I be called a criminal for this and will I be jailed? what should I do now. Please help me by advising me.

u can go to any GCC country, but for dubai i cant say exactly but for other GCC Countries u can go easily without any fear and problem because iam also now working in saudi and my other friends are working in other gcc countries

I am in same position, I can say its more worst then yours, please help in guidance as your case was in 2014 and how u came out of this consequences. I was thinking to end my life but reading all post made me bit positive against life.

I m getting calls from bilkish and they send debt collectors to my home and next day he called me and threatened that that they know tactics to recover money and they will recover,  I slammed that bustard to do whatever and dare to recover and he disconnected the call saying we will come to your home and I am waiting to bash them black and blue

So many calls from he same agency. Once i decided to pay back the amount on a waiver, they want a waiver letter to be signed on behalf of me with a new ID proof to be sent to them and then only they will be able to send the same to ADCB for waiver request. I told them they shall sent the mail to bank on my behalf on a copy to me or they shall arrange from bank a consent that they agree to the waived amount in their official letter head, they are not ready, as long as they don't do the same no payment will be made even though i know nothing can be done by them other than these dhamkies. one thing they told is the money may be sent to bank. on completion of 3 years after the first non payment of your dues in the bank, the loan can be barred by limitation and thats the rule in india.
