I had posted before also, and got good response from this forum, i came back in 2010 and when the calls started i thought it will happen for sometime and stop, it didnt and it never does. Based on my experience, i must have spoke to atleast 5 different agencies, friends i know we all had a situation where we did what we had to, but we do owe money and i feel why put our parents in this nonsense, its our doing. By grace of god, i negotiated with banks, i paid off the outstanding and got legal letters from the bank. An agency helped me, they will help you guys too..i went through hell to repay but now i can go back to Dubai and there is nothing against my name. Am sure lot of you would call me names or be angry, but just think about it. If i can do it, so can you, this will never stop

I had defaulted to pay my Personal loan that I took from Citi Bank. After 7 years I received a call today stating that he was from Delhi Dwaraka court and has a NBW against my name. Then he gave me a telephone number of the Legal person who has sent this NBW request against my name.

I called that person and he asked me to pay 35K a month till the loan+interest+court charges are paid.

He said he will send the Delhi Police to my home/office to apprehend me and take me to Delhi.

its a hoax..they will keep calling for few days. Tell them ur waiting for them at the local police station or send a copy of the warrant

How can we know there is a civil case against us at UAE?

I also want to pay my debut but I don't no how,  can you guide me?  Also I want to know who will give a guarantee that I will get NOC from bank?  Please help me

Please get in touch with the person who is calling you and explain him the situation and that ur willing to settle, they shall help you out. And it will take time but its a big relief too.

You cannot, the best thing is once u repay and get the letters from the banks that becomes a proof and once done u contact the banks nd they tell you your status, for me it was RAK and Mashreq and then confirmed on email i dont have anything anymore against my name

I told them whatever i could pay and there was negotiation and it got closed. And just 2 days back i visited dubai also and there was no issue at immigration. Finally was able to breathe air of freedom. I wish you all the best and do clear your dues.

Received call from this number claiming this guy from CBI. And I have warrant on the credit card defaults I am back to India for job loss . Still I have paid for insurance there but still this guy is abusing. What will be the best way to answer him she’ll I complain about him

With my experience, i have seen, it will never stop, today its someone and tommorow it will be someone else. I do realize the situation, but on a good note would suggest you to speak to the bank directly, am sure they will understand too. I tried everything possible even went to cops but nothing happened.
