i am defaulter of uae bank loan and CC,Paid lot of money to bank lost my job unable to paid,left uae in 2014 due to my wife's serious illness who gone through under Liver transplant last year sold out my house,wife'jewllery car and borrowed lot of amount to save her life,no money in hand cleared one of my CC of 45k AED afterwards couldn't pay,i got job in Saudi Arbia with handsome sallary shall be visiting qatar to have inspection of company's technical assets
kindly advise me if any problem can face at airport or i may be arrested in any one of GCC country.
Myself kept paying the installments after leaving Uae until doctor's advised for Liver transplant of my wife,i shall again start paying as soon as i shall have handsome amount in hand if i join my new job in KSA/Qatar
Am relexed due to your comments that nobody can do any thing in our home country,thank u very much for guiding the innocent peoples who are suffering due to circumstances,lost their jobs /buss and given their golden time of their lives for the thankless GCC countries who never gave us respects and dignitiy
Kindly advise me should i move to KSA to join my new job.

Hey guys I too got a call but it's from different number 89514 15874 he also says the same things and he is threatening  can they arrest us

Today a guy from collection agency from kerala visited my house with a policeman in Bangalore. I didn't pickup his call since morning but afternoon they went to nearby police station with the authorization letter from the bank to file a complaint bit seems and came along with police. Such an embarrassing moment guys, Now they given to only 10 days time to pay the outstanding which is very difficult. Don't know what to do.. So pls be aware and give some suggestions

Bilkish associate pvt ltd co. Located in Andheri agent came at resi. Address...n told to come office for settlement of remaining dues in saudi. Bt he dnt have authentic papers n demanding money harassing. I dnt knw how this co. Got address n saudi loan

It's credit card and amount is 30,000..

3. Banks, as principals, are responsible for the actions of their agents. Hence, they should ensure that their agents engaged for recovery of their dues should strictly adhere to the above guidelines and instructions, including the BCSBI Code, while engaged in the process of recovery of dues.

4. Complaints received by Reserve Bank regarding violation of the above guidelines and adoption of abusive practices followed by banks’ recovery agents would be viewed seriously. Reserve Bank may consider imposing a ban on a bank from engaging recovery agents in a particular area, either jurisdictional or functional, for a limited period. In case of persistent breach of above guidelines, Reserve Bank may consider extending the period of ban or the area of ban. Similar supervisory action could be attracted when the High Courts or the Supreme Court pass strictures or impose penalties against any bank or its Directors/ Officers/ agents with regard to policy, practice and procedure related to the recovery process.

5. It is expected that banks would, in the normal course ensure that their employees also adhere to the above guidelines during the loan recovery process

hi , I was in  Qatar 9 years back . I had credit card and had due amount of 5000 qar in year 2007. I was deported from there on medical grounds . infact the health ministry told me to go back to india in two days. whatever I had I left and came back . now some people from Bihar ( I found it from true caller) saying they are from bank nd I have dept of around 15 lac indian rupees . as per them I cant travel to any middle east . Inow since I m igroning there calls they hacked mine and my wife  facebook account and started calling people on my frinends list. please suggest what to be done I m from Mumbai . ( person calling from DoCoMo landline number )

I had posted before also, and got good response from this forum, i came back in 2010 and when the calls started i thought it will happen for sometime and stop, it didnt and it never does. Based on my experience, i must have spoke to atleast 5 different agencies, friends i know we all had a situation where we did what we had to, but we do owe money and i feel why put our parents in this nonsense, its our doing. By grace of god, i negotiated with banks, i paid off the outstanding and got legal letters from the bank. An agency helped me, they will help you guys too..i went through hell to repay but now i can go back to Dubai and there is nothing against my name. Am sure lot of you would call me names or be angry, but just think about it. If i can do it, so can you, this will never stop

I had defaulted to pay my Personal loan that I took from Citi Bank. After 7 years I received a call today stating that he was from Delhi Dwaraka court and has a NBW against my name. Then he gave me a telephone number of the Legal person who has sent this NBW request against my name.

I called that person and he asked me to pay 35K a month till the loan+interest+court charges are paid.

He said he will send the Delhi Police to my home/office to apprehend me and take me to Delhi.

its a hoax..they will keep calling for few days. Tell them ur waiting for them at the local police station or send a copy of the warrant

How can we know there is a civil case against us at UAE?

I also want to pay my debut but I don't no how,  can you guide me?  Also I want to know who will give a guarantee that I will get NOC from bank?  Please help me

Please get in touch with the person who is calling you and explain him the situation and that ur willing to settle, they shall help you out. And it will take time but its a big relief too.
