i have defauted credit card payments in u.a.e. and now i have left u.a.e. and living in thailand but since last two times when i went to india i was detained at airport immigration saying i have been issued red corner notice in my name but after being detained for 2 hours they could not get any details so they left me but this happened twice and the airport manager was a goodman he asked me to clarify from ncb if any case from external minstry has been filed against me in india from u.a.e. guys i need to know is it possible for banks to file case in india for big amounts like 150,000 dirhams and if so can i have any lawyers contact details who can remove my name from rcn from immigrations.please kindly contact me on insidejob@live.in

Ignore such threatening calls.
keep in mind, u r not a culprit because u defaulted on loan repayments or on credit card dues.
You left UAE because u lost the job, and UAE doesn't allow u to stay in UAE without a job or work visa!
so where is the point of repaying!
utterly absurd thoughts by the bankers in UAE.
So simply ignore the calls from agents in india.

but what will happen to RED CORNER NOTICE... that is the point?

[***] to yadav, gupta and bilkish recovery agents they are just a recovery agents wrking on commision from sub agents of bank......if  aany one gets the call just screw them up ...I did same and since then never received any calls...they just use interpol cbi or red corner name to make people frighten.....you are not terrorists ...just [***] them on phone with what ever gali and bad words you know.

i got call from this no (874-293-1421), he is saying that he is a sub inspector, and using very abusing language. we want to file a complaint in police.

i too received call from yadav, introducing him as a sub-inspector, and abusing with the name of mother n sisters, i want to file a case against him, anybody help me to do so with procedures?

Today i have received call from 08742931421 and this person named Yadav from Dadar Police Station and they got NON BAILABLE WARRANT against me. please help whether this call is genuine or fake.

I owed 3500 dhms of RAK BANK IN UAE

I have got call from this number 8742931421 and saying we are from police dept and we have complaint on behalf of RAK bank,dubai. we are going to arrest you in two hours. I asked details he told I cant disclose the details and you can talk to Lawer (R,K,Sharma) +91 87500498952. After that I called to Lawer and he told me we have a complaint on you and non biallable and international travel ban on you. Also he said your passport is siezed. If you want to talk to bank manager you can talk I will conference. After that I didnt get any call from him.

Please advise me on this. Whether its real or fake. What will be sol for this.

GOT A CALL FROM ADVOCATE GUPTA AND INSPECTOR RANDEEP HUDDA  WHICH I AM SURE IS ALL FALSE AND NO  INSPECTOR AND ADVOCATE BY SUCH NAME EXISTS  AND THREATENED ME TO PAY BACK THE MONEY OF ICICI  BANK AND IN CASE I DO NOT PAY THEY WILL ARREST ME AND THE SAME STORY OF TIHAR JAIL AND UN BAILABLE WARRANT BUT THE CALLS WHCIH I GOT WAS FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND IF THE NUMBERS RESEMPLES PLEASE WRITE IN THE POST TO MAKE IT FAMILIAR TO EVERONE WHO ARE VICTIMS OF SUCH FRAUD PEOPLE , HERE IS THE NUMBER FOR ADVOCATE SANJAY GUPTA:9811440325

My parents also got a call from him about some list and huge outstanding and they are disturbing old my parents. I am wondering if you can tell me how to SHUT them.
I was also wondering if anyone can tell me if we can travel to GCC, in such case.

hi , guys am to getting these calls from RK sharma from 917503010950/08750049895 , same story
using words like CBI,INTERPOL,NON BALAIBLE WARRANT , etc .he is a collection agent of UAE banks and just trying to intimidate , but when I asked the b.....d counter questions about his whereabouts he does not answer , I told him send me the court order in india from indian court then I will meet you , then he got very abusive and hyper and started threatening that he will go my current employer and complain , I told him to do what hw wishes ,
wat crap is this as it is we have suffered enough I have some frnds detained in Dubai becoz they lost their job and could not pay the card payments , I lost my job and in  good time came to india , our biggest punishment is that we cant go back ,,,,, yet these [***] .....s are troubling us .........
lest stand up to gether and show them the middle finger .....
he calls everyday and am just ignoring him ....

I was facing these similar problems.
They have been threatening me and my family.
I filed a compliant against them.
Then there was no calls from that person.Next day people are calling up from hyderbad and Mumbai
For the the same reasons and abusing badly.
Then decided to talk to my friend who is in a media channel.
He said he can bring this matter out to the notice of the authorities
If more than one person comes forward.
And I also enquired a police officer he said if a joint compliant the effect is bigger.
So lets gather together and make a compliant.
