I also got calls from sc gupta I already found him in tis hazari court room no I forget but I wil foind it again and send you. He is advocate. Part time he is doing agent work. He has a dedicated team for this work.

My friends there is a small advise pls go to section 3 of IPC Punishment of offences committed beyond,
but which by law may be tried within, india. In detail  Any person liable,by any1(indian law)to be tried for offence committed beyond 2(india) shall be dealt with according to the provisions of this code for any act committed beyond 2(India) in the same manner as if such act  had been committed within india. pls check with the banks or any other gov authority if any case is filed against you in foreign land  bcoz now it can be  implement in our home land also it can be murder, cheating, non payments of dues,dowry,harassment,etc AS PER NEW LAW. take proper advice of a Advocate  or you may land in some type of legal difficulties. And i do agree recovery people are a*****e but my friend no one can hide from law. And to addition   list  of foreign defaulters who are of indian origin is also going to update in CIBIL SO NO LOANS NO NEW CREDIT CARDS GAS CONNECTION  MANY MORE TO COME.    

It is true my friend a case is filed against me by bank in uae and i have confirmed it they are instated in india by advocate appointed by the bankers pls  advise  me what to do?

Not to worry my friend you need to take proper advise of some good advocate if you have liability of the bank try and figer  it out to settle out of court with the bank directly or thru his advocate avoid recovery agencies bcoz at the end if u go thru legal court will 100% order it in bankers favour with the cost and penalty.

Today 11.10.14, I got a call from new Delhi crime branch named as Yohander Singh rathore and said a criminal case against me for loan repayment with some case number and section of case and an arrest warrant is ready and asked me to speak with advocate Gupta 7838646683. Then again the same story as per all. I was in big stress. After reading your comments. I got the comfort level. Thanks. One more news to UAE has changed the law from November 2013 that cheque bounce will be civil case and not a criminal case. Please refer gulf news in November month.

This guy legal adviser is a pimp of these bank... please read previous post ... please change all you contact numbers and Facebook  account ..etc. these guys are expert in these this so they can track you down..
But no POLICE can do anything to you honestly..!! if they still ask for money just say them to come in your nearest police station to collect money, I swear they will back off....very easy and simple.. it is not so easy my friend this is OUR INDIA .. be easy life busy..

And what about the case, was it filed or not? I have a outstanding with a few banks in dubai and have received calls as well, but since we all have faced the same problem i am yay facing the same problem and cannot get out of the same.

I am scared to go back to dubai because of the case as well the new laws allows dubai banks to take action in GCC countries as well. So can you advise since you sound well educated with these problems.

Based on your message you should be ashamed of yourself, by consuming peoples money and not repaying back is not a smart thing to do as well if you had some dignity or a sense of repsonsibilty you wouldn't be talking this way and contacting the banks to clear your debts which you consumed to enjoy while you couldn't earn it yourself. However myself being a defaulter have cleared my dues based on dignity and shame. A piece of advise, don't give your useless updates and getting them in trouble by the banks.

I have been out of the UAE since Jun 2011 since than till date on receipt of statement i have been paying the minimum amount due in this three years I must have delayed on payments maybe twice and after reminder from the bank I have arrange for the minimum due and got it cleared, since August 14 I had some issues at work so cash flow was limited I could not pay for two months and apparently my case was passed to this Gupta guy. The modus operandi is the same a call in foul language from some other guy claimimg to be from the Delhi Police and than directing you to Gupta. Gupta got me on a con call with the RAK guy , since I do not want any issues I have been asking them to give a me decent settlement figure and the figure they want and I can pay there is a difference of about 30K Indian rupees they are now threatining to take legal action...
These posts here have encouraged me to settle as per my capabilities and will try harder to do that, i have also relaised that since i am in Mumbai these calls are from Delhi and any one from Delhi has received calls from Mumbai never from any local based person.....

DONT PAY until they assure your clearance certificate they might yes ok.. but later will not do it soon so keep this in mind..!! lastly all this people are fake just chill this is our INDIA, IF THEY CALL YOU CHANGE YOUR NUMBER NO FACEBOOK ALSO... live happy..
