So much for fair debt collection... If you ask them to stop they are supposed stop harrasing. More than once a day is harassment especially if automated. Though being in Panama probably makes them immune.

You must send them...get an address and iff refused state refused to give identifing information and call back. keep doing this for a week or so/ MUST DOCUMENT and show you sent a certified letter to Dirtibank or is it Citibank.

Also document any calls you have with citibank if it is citibank

then get a lawyer and take them to court on violation od debt collection act, harrassment and so on... Probably there is enough of us to file a class action lawsuite

they call daily at the same time (around 11 am) obviously automated.
leaves a message wanting me to call them about a citi card i don't have.

Please, please quit calling.  Am never ever going to answer a call from this number. It is almost to the point of harassment.

Has been calling a couple days. Just a minute ago and the other night around 9pm. I answer and there is no response.

Getting this on my cell phone!  I don't want to pay extra minutes!

calls everyday on my OFFICE phone, same time, automated message about credit card interest

3x today beginning at  8:45 a.m. and one just now at 6:30 p.m. on my cell phone. ugh.

called SIX times today..SUNDAY no less!
4 times on my cell phone and 2 times on my landline.

this has got to STOP!

I receive this phone number tonight. It is getting so the phone keep on ringing with all kinds of scams and telemarketing calls. The National No Call list website does not work. Do not bother complaining to the authorities they do nothing about it. The National No Call List should be taking down from the internet. Some how the Scammers and telemarketer gets around the No call list. The telephone companies  do not screen the calls. They allow harassing annoying calls go through like this number go through 877 587 5727 . I do not have a citicard . When I got a call the automated voice ask for my ciricard card account number.

This caller calls my number very frequently-doesn't leave messages. ....

I received a call today from 877-587-5727 which I normally would not answer due too so many solicitors calling.....But I did answer and a gentleman was calling regarding our Citi Bank card........I told him I have no such card from Citi Bank until he mentioned it was for a Mobil Gas Card Which is backed by CITI BANK (Which I did not know).

We never received a bill from that Mobil card last month but,the dates he gave me for its use of getting fuel was correct to the dates and money spent according to my receipts after further checking......

I still would not give him payment at that time but called the number on the back of my Mobil gas Card and paid my bill over the phone then. I did note he said he would take off the late charge of $25 also which when we get our statement we will hopefully see it on there. He did give me when I asked his employee identification number and Name which also checked out after investigated it.

1st time I actually had a call from some un known number that was lagit!
Go figure.
This number is real 877-587-5727.....Citi bank covers many different credit cards. from Gas cards to sears cards and many more.....Again I never knew that until today.

We have been getting calls from this number. I'm confident that it is a scammer trying to extract information. They told me they had some information about a citi-cards account. I told them I had no way of knowing they were a valid citi-cards entity so I would not cooperate with information, after which they informed me they could not stop calling me until I cooperated with said information.

It sounded pretty convincing.

I called Citi-cards using the number on their website, spoke to a rep, and was informed they had no data, account, nothing for me.

Beware.

Identifies as Citi and asks to speak to my husaband by name about his account.  I asked them not to call me any more and they said the calls will continue until "the account is cleared up." Citi says they are not making the calls.

They leave a message saying they are from Citi Bank. After a few days I decided that if I answer it I could get an answer. NOPE! Once you pick the phone up it gives you the automatic service, (even after only one ring) and a number to call about a Citi Bank passport card of sorts. Really now! Oh! And to call them with your Citi Bank account number ready. I played along and called the number, (No! I don't have a Citi Bank card) and it goes right to you giving them you account number. Never no one every answering, or the option for a human. If that don't rise a bunch red flags, I don't know what. You can tell it's near Christmas time!

Call several time a day, I finally answered the call and it was for someone I don't even know. Not sure who this caller is.

Rule #1....if a phone number you dont recognize continues to call you,and leaves NO MESSAGE...BLOCK the number

Rule #2....NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE TO ANSWER if you DO NOT RECOGNIZE THE CALLER ID

Rule #4...Contact the FCC or whomever to keep freaks/robocallers from calling and harrassing people

At least this post is good for a laugh...If your phone company or cell phone company (for whatever reason) is NOT able to block this #, change phone companies and complain to corporate offices.

asking for a family member .. who has never had a card from them... I don't know what kinda scam they are  trying to pull. They call at least 3 times a day.

They have called me 16 times since the 17th of Dec.  Leave no message and when I answerred the first time said it was Citibank and I owed them money.  I DO NOT.  They first called to say they were a  process server who was trying to serve me with legal documents.  I now have the number blocked.

Calls almost daily, except for 12/24 and 12/25, even on Sundays. Recorded message about credit cards I don't have.
