they call me day after day after day. i am sick of it. i've read multiple forums about this number. whoever is calling from this number claims to be mulitple companies and obviously they're trying to pull something. i'm pretty convinced that they can't even be considered solisitors....more like con men or something along those lines.

I have been getting a call from 877-888-8888 for a few days now.  They don't talk.  I have gotten one person to ask for my wife.  How many times will they call before they stop calling?  Has anything worked for anyone else?  Do they just stop calling or call for months and months?

This 1-877-888-8888 # called our house 3 x yest......Of course, we don't answer it.  When trying to call it back, the # is either busy or rings.  We are on the Do Not Call List.  What gives? LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Calls began arriving from this number a few days ago. The party calls several times per day but never leaves a message. My number is registered with the DNC list and has been for several years.

Name above has about 5 other addresses listed.  Number is obviously a false lead.  Web search brings up a variety of results from real estate, to lawyers.

I cant get the caller to answer to gather any info, but I have registered complaints with FCC and DoNotCall.gov so that if I can get a name or company, I can continue the complaint.  I also dusted off the "Tele zapper".

The name listed above is not necessarily responsible for the calls, but just some poor schmuck who listed his phone number in a dumbass manor.  He may also be a pontiac MI police officer, therefore listed his number in a manor to protect his identity.

They called again today.  a human actually answered, It was a survey.  They asked my wife about her hospital that she worked at, and other questions about health care.  I was at work, and she did not think to ask questions to help identify the company.  Hopefully they will call again and I can nail them.

They have been calling my wifes cell for several days I answered some guy asked for her I asked him who was calling he then hung up.  Maybe next time.

We get this call often.  This evening my husband answered, they asked for me, he told them hold on and set the phone down in a closet and quietly shut the door.  They finally hung up.  I know this is probably not a good remedy, but it made me feel better.

We live in Missouri and are also on the Do Not Call list in our state.  We get these calls two to three times a day, during dinner time, nap times, and bed times for the kids.  Who are these people?

I receive 4 to 8 calls a day from this number.  Only twice this month has a human answered in the alloted FCC 4 seconds.  The caller states she is calling from a "Not for Profit" group called Health Care United. www.healthcareunited.org. 866-766-8449.  The first time they were takeing a survey about hospitals, the second time the were promoting voting in the Florida primary.  When I asked to be removed from their call lists, they claim that they are exempt.  They are a front for a health care workers union SEIU.

I received a call from this number with a recording from a union in Puerto Rico. They are about to go on strike and with this they are trying to get people support.

i received 10 calls yesterday from this number - who are they?

Just started. I got 5 phone calls today. Always started with dead air. When I answered, they asked for my husband. I said he wasn't here and they hung up while I was asking if they wanted to leave a message. They called again several minutes later. This time someone different. I said NOT to call back again. They called back 3 more times. The last time, my husband answered and hung up on them as they were trying to ask him which health care field he was in. Could it be an identity theft scam where they try to get as much personal information from you as possible?

i have gotten this number on my caller id numerous and it would come up out of area....i am on the do not call list
