My caller id listed the name of caller as LOCAL 100 TWU, however, the gentleman I spoke to said he was from AMERICAN IMMIGRATION SOLUTION.

Is there a way to stop it. Tired of daily calls.

877888888 keeps calling 2-3-4 times a day but not everyday, I've tried calling back and it rings and rings and rings.

Just received a call from them, but I didn't pick up, because I saw the messages from people as below, this is helpful, thanks!

For cell phone use, you can select reject a call for that number.

They have been calling me on and off for weeks. Called when I was out and did not leave a message.  When they called for the 2nd time today I answered and let out a string of 4 letter words before I hung up.  Maybe they just get off on hearing the frustration they provoke in people like me.  Caller ID says Local 100 TWU.  New York Public Transit Union, website is www.localtwu100/org.  Here's their contact info:  Contact Us

Maybe they can stop this!  And if it isn't them, maybe they have the clout to get them STOPPED!

These stupid [***] are pretending to be immigration. Before they start even doing these kinds of stuff they should go make sure there mom is legal here. Someone needs to catch these pekoe right away.

Caller ID says Local 100 TWU/left no message.  What's the point of registering on Do Not Call again?

I came home today witb the stomach flu from school and i slept for about 8 hours when i got home, i woke up and saw i had 6 missed calls, of course i thought they were probably my friends wishing me well but 3 of them were from a 1 877 888 8888 i didnt know whos number this was so naturally i looked it up. Is this number constantly going to call me? Are they trying to scam me?

They called me 3 times back to back today. I have had this number call several times in the past once or twice with a recording saying it was local union chapter SEIU. Other times were hang ups or telemarketers. Other then the nuisance calls, i am an SEIU member and i have no idea when to answer the phone because of this so i let it go to voicemail but rarely a messegr is left. I too am registered under the do not call list. Going to download a call blocking app on my phone and notify my union. Hopefully it works

Just called again so i called them back. I got a recording in a womans voice with an English Canadian accent saying 'I'm sorry this call Can not be completed from your calling area'.

SOBs call and then hang up.  

So they have my name, my number, and know what company I work for. The phone number looked suspicious.  It just all seems weird they want to know about my job. I gave them little info and said I was not comfortable answering the questions. The calls sound like they're monitored as well. Kinda weird. . I asked how they got my info and the lady seemed really unclear on exactly how and where she got my info.
