I have fallen in to the same trap as the others.......phoned orange......they gave me the 0208 number...magine my dismay when I was put through to some organisation specialising in psycho paranormal readings and other equally ludicrous services........I have reported them to ofcom...and changed my number........hopefully that'll be the end of these scheisters.

I'm furious I have just had to pay an extra £20 from this 88288 no. all I did was enter a 'free' draw for argos vouchers at no point did it say I would pay all this, thankfully all the texts were annoying me so much I guessed to reply 'stop' and unsubscribe (there were loads) just saw my bill today and called talk mobile who said I was being charged £1.50 a time by 'wireless info network' (they must have changed their name or it's a copycat scam) guy at talk said it was the 15th call he had that day about it, can't believe the mobile co. can let this go on, thank god replied after a few days of this - can't imagine how much it would have ran up if it'd gone on for longer than a few days...

I've been conned by juicy win - I was fortunate enough to check out my bill to find that I'd only been charged 3 calls at £1.25 plus VAT each. If they text again I'll try texting STOP but my experience is that STOP only pauses the messages for a while then they start again.

You're subscribed at £4.50 a wk. This I'll just have to change my number cos if i put any credit on now they will just take it.

Like so many other people, I've also been conned by these daylight robbers. I never answer their questions to "win £250K" (yeah, right!) but still get charged £1.50 per text, even for some I've not received.

I'm with Virgin, who are no help at all. Just said text "stop", which I've done, but surely Juicy will just keep on sending messages from new numbers? I've found Juicy Win terms and conditions online, and it says that if you ring 0845 869 7559, you can unsubscribe, so I'm going to try that. If it doesn't work, then I'm contacting Watchdog too. This shouldn't be allowed!
