1st was saying its a free message saying thanks for visiting juicywin.com.
Another message saying free message telling me to answer this question to get in to win
Another one giving me a code
And then another free message saying reply yes to confirm my recent entry.
Either someone is using my number or they're trying to make me sign up which I won't. I'm going into T-Mobile tomorrow to try and sort it out to change my number. Luckily it hasn't added any more money to my bill so the sooner I sort it out the better.- Caller: 88288

- MONA| 2 repliesTHEY ARE MIG,THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER IS 08444457707
They got my moblie number some how?? and offered a free prize draw.I replied to them to unsubscribe
as they ask for a lot of details and to see how on earth they for my number.
I thought nothing of it until I saw my mobile voda fone bill was unusually higher than normal. When I checked with them I was told that I was charge about £5.20 each week for a services I had no idea where it is coming from.!!
The vodafone gave me the code 80122,which they said its their code of company transacation, but they managed to find their telephone number and e-mail for me.They said i had to call them immedialetly and unsubscribe and demand a refund.
When i called a young female answered and when I ask her who they are and their real name, she said something sound like Switch wire,I asked her to spell it properly for me,as she started to to do so I heard and interupting voice telling her to stop and she suddenly said ;CAN YOU HOLD THE LINE? and the line gone quiet..
After holding ,she return to tell me that I subscribe and I should have read the terms and conditions,
I said this is a joke??!! I not only went ahead with that, but also I had no idead that they are going to charge me weekly for ever!! I would have accepted if it was a one-off charge which would have been a price for my mistake ,but not being charge since April until ever!I actually threatened them to take them to court and demanded my money back. After holding me on line again they offered me half of the charges.
I really didn,t want to accept, but do I have another choice.I actually can,t afford to call that 0845 number any way.If Ionly knew where or how I could complain and get my full money back,I would have done that.
Any way ,I wrote my story so if any one want to know who they are,or charged by them, can unsubscribe and contact them. But I wonder if vodafone has any hand in this.Is there any other mobile phone companies customer received any charges from 80122? Even though it was them who I got the information from,I wonder why they can not stop it.Like if it was a standing order/or direct debit which any customer can easily call the bank an stop it.??
Mean while if any one like tocomplain officially against them ,I can jion in.
good luck - MONA replies to SCOTT RANDALLHI,IT HAPPENED TO ME TOO,AND WITHOUT KNOWING i FOUND OUT i BEEN CHARGED £4.50 A MONTH.I FOUND OUT THEIR NUMBER 08444457707.THEY ARE MIG .THEIR E-MAIL help@sb7mobile.com..I called them and demanded my money back,Managed to get half back..call the and good luck

It would be interesting to find out how many people text stop straight away which I think will be evidence that this is a scam and that charges are not clear.

- AGINROCKERI got my prepay credit stripped down to £1.46 so there was not enough to pay for their malicious texts. Contacted Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 who gave me a crime reference number and referred it to the police fraud squad. If you contact them re the 88288 texts it will help to highlight how large this fraud operation is. They stripped my prepay account down to £1.46 at 4 am on 17/9/2012 but I was awake, but by the time I got to my phone they had gutted all the credit they could get. Let's take these vermin out of operation by using the same agency.

- AGINROCKERI got my account stripped of prepay credit until there was less than £1.50 left in it. I went on the ofcom website and followed a link for scam reporting to "report it action fraud" who gave me a crime reference number. I suggest more people contact them to report these malicious texts. It seemed to result from a visit to free competitions for ipad and iphones. When the police realise how large this scam is they will do something about it I'm sure but you need to report it. Tesco mobile were not particularly helpful and just gave me a number, which I called. The number was automated and asked for my network suppliers name and as Tesco Mobile was not on the list I could not proceed further. I had texted "STOP" twice but it only stopped when I had not enough credit for their malicious £1.50 to be taken out of my credit. Juicywin have now started sending me text messages to confirm my entry for a competitionon a new number 88818 to text to which I have no intetion of doing. This is a scam and you should report it asap.

- robert russell replies to justine reillyi have had the same problem and they tried to justify it by saying i had subscribed to their prize draw. They were plundering my mobile acc. until i texted them with some choice profanities. They came back with a load of crap trying to justify their fraud and then said they would refund me. They then sent me a online form to fill in, but when i try to fill it in it wont allow any text. I am going to pursue these robbing [***] and will be contacting "WATCHDOG" i would advise you to do likewise. Like you i got no help from phone co. As far as im concerned THEFT IS THEFT NO MATTER THE AMMOUNT. GOOD LUCK
- Wendy replies to MONAJust read your message . The very same thing has happened to me but they have so far have taken from me £110 and its still going on . Im with vodafone and its gone through my mind that they are in on this con . Im fuming !!!
Have you managed to stop it? - Paul A| 1 replyI got charged around £15-20 off my credit and discovered that it was text from PrizeFun.com. The company behind the number is SB7 mobile.com based:

I spoke to them as they claim they sent me a text saying it was a subcribed text but as I received about 4 texts in one go from them I deleted them as I was not interested. I think it is a scam and they would do nothing and checking legally it seems they can get away with it. The only thing I was advised is to speak to offcom!
I have stopped the service it but seeing what others have gone through not sure if it will stop as I could receive text from another company.
Still I will try offcom and let all my friends know- Caller: SB7 mobile
- Paul A replies to Paul AAfter speaking to Tesco it would appear that if you have not replied to the first text mess that is telling you you have subscribe to a premium rate number that it is illegal as you have not given your permission. I tried to call SB7 and it has gone to answer phone!!!!!!!!!!! aaarrrgh

Good luck - GillianI too have fallen victim to these parasites through a third party website which was explaining the proceadure for unlocking mobile phones the site asked for my mobile number I entered it thinking it was something to do with the unlocking proceadure I then replied with the code still thinking it was something do with unlocking the phone and thouhgt no more of it until i got my bill which had an additional cost of £18 to prizefun .com these thieves flourish because we don't pay attention to detail I had received a text from them the day after telling me I had subscribed to them for £4.50 a week and did'nt read it if I had of done I would have stopped the subscription dead in its tracks.
On a seperate topic this company boldly states it holds a draw for £250,000 every friday I think this is a lie I can find no information any where of winners of this so called weekly draw but if it is indeed true and there is a draw then the prize fund website says you have a 50 million to one chance of winning with odds like that the only winners are S7 Mobile there a bunch of scammers and shysters I dont believe these prizes are real I think trading standards would be a better organisation to look in to this company because they can not fulfil the claim on there website which misleads us into thinking they payout £250,000 a week- Caller: UK Citize
