I received a call from this number asking, Is this Trish? My reply, whose calling? No one said anything! I do not have an outstanding loan with this company.

This is Santander Consumer Services Loans about a late payment. They call from many different numbers and are very annoying.

Haven't had a car payment in years and was never late when I did.  They aren't just calling for a late payment.  It is a scam.

I received a call from them and googled it and it came up with Santander Consumer

Why and who is this ??

It is Santander Consumer USA.  AKA Drive Servicing; Road Loans,ect. they are looking for their payment.  They service auto, RV, motorcycle and the like.

I make my car payment every month - should be no reason why this number or a bunch of other numbers keep calling me when I am keeping up with the terms agreed upon - of course this is not the company I originally got the loan with, that company was reputable but decided to sell their car loan portfolio and this crap company is who I got stuck with!

Got a call from this number today 7/9/2012. Lady screamed as she left a message. Was asking for my sister. Got these before and  I screamed and cursed back at them. They are a pain in the A--. Time to repot them again.

I receive phone calls on a daily basis. If this is, in fact Drive Financial, then they have no reason to call me. Even though I use Santander for my car loan. I think they are connected somehow, however, I am not late on my vehicle payment and I'm getting tired of the calls. I don't pick up and they don't leave a message. Really, if it was that important for them to get in touch with me, they should learn how to leave a voice mail.

Received call looking for a person I never heard of!!!  However, friends I talk with on my cell phone did know this guy.   How did they get my phone number???  People are very rude and could not understand the lady ... never did understand the name of the company.    When I called back they wanted me to enter my birthdate & SS#.... Never.
i HAVE  no accounts with the company.

Receive Calls daily, but then they hang up and leave no message. We are a place of employment - not a home phone number.

Usually I cannot even answer the phone before the ringing ends.  Call ID reads "Drive Servicing."
Google search also shows "Santander."  I receive many no-one-there calls from this number.
I also believe it is illegal in my state to contact a person at work to collect a debt if that person has requested the workplace not be called.  Too bad no one is on the other end to listen, but even if
someone would speak, the listening part is extremely questionable.

5 calls a day...how can i stop this??
