They call every day.  I answer.  They ask for me and I say, "speaking"  then they hang up.  I just got a car loan through Roadloans but my first payment is not even due yet.  I don't understand why the repeated calls.

Rec. call 2 to 3 times week.

These idiots are repeatedly calling my teenage son who has never done business with them. They *are* a scam.

This is actually Santander Consumer who is calling reg a car payment.

This was a call from Santander Consumer U.S.A.  It is a debt collector from a car loan payment that I fell one month behind.  I have been trying to catch up, but my payment amount is very high and I am unemployed.  I am still making my monthly payments, but every time I pay online with them, they charge me an extra $10.95 Western Union fee on top of my already high payment amount.  And that was even before I fell behind on my payment.  I think that paying those fees are unfair.

i get the same call.  i have my number on do not call.  how can this be stopped

And yet you would publish your phone number on a website and you wonder why you get scam callers.  How stupid are you?

They call on the weekend and 2 times already today..they do not leave a voice mail either...if I do not know the number leave a message and I might just call you back.

Drive Financial is also known as Santander. Was late on my car payment. Ooops!

Drive financial keeps calling ,even before i bought a new car. i paid cash in ful for my last car, no payment to even be late on for them to call. This current car is current on payments, made every payment not only on time but early, and th loan isn't through drive financial, yet they still keep calling. It is a scam, do not give them any information!

i have a loan with them and do make my payments on time but they still call my number 6 times a day. whe i can i answer and they are looking for me and im behind by there records. ive spent hours proving im right and current but they should know that.Yes they are rude and stuppid and dont listen andnever up to date or correct about my loan.  so im still paying only to be rid of them

i dont even drive and theyre calling meand the only time theyve called me is at 5 in the morning its sooooo stupid cause im sleeping

They are actually part of a bank called Santander. They hold my loan on my car.

Been getting calls from this # about everday for awhile, have not answered until today after checking this site
