I KNEW it was a scam letter and all, but I was trying to figure out if everyone else's letter looked like the one I received or are they different?

Received this letter today here in Michigan. Read the first page of comments on this website and the letter is going into my recycling bin. My thanks to those who posted their search results.  My first instinct was that this must be a scam, and so it is.

please report them for all of us !!!

Received the same letter today (Florida) and immediately thought it was a scam.  Glad to see the other posts. Recycle for sure!

Just got my letter... was wondering if you got the tablet and what strings really were attached.

I got the letter today... I called the number at the local Sears.... They asked for my email and I  Someone please give me sometold them it was a closely watched work email which I didn't give them. I asked about the details and the girl on the phone said I'd get the tablet before the sales pitch. Think I'll grab the tab and haul ass. I will have it formatted.... It'll be fun to scam the scammers. I

Wow thanks to all of you for this info. I got this letter last week and just looked at it today.  I hate this crap. I would like to call them, just to mess with them. Fortunately I have more important things to do.

I got the same letter, I called telemarketer and make a resevation on coming this Firday. Thanks for everyone input. I will skip the representation because I don't want to waste time

I wish I had found this site before attending this sales presentation. I basically wasted 3 hours of my life i will never get back. The site to register for the free tablet is bogus, which I pulled up on my smart phone while in the presentation. Once I brought this to the representaives attention, he had the dumbest look on his face. I guess that's why they wanted you to turn your cell phone off? I was also given a voucher for a free trip, which needs to be mailed within 30 days, which I'm mailing out in the morning. I can just imagine how they are going to try and weasel their way out of this one, I will keep everyone posted.

I got the letter today, and you are right.  If it seems too good to be true, it is.  I am shredding it and will not call.  Hate these scam folks....

Y.J. Johnson is about as legit as they come...They're U.S. (and probably Canadian) marketers who pull people in for various presentations. This one is basically the vacation getaway -- 3 days 2 nights free airfare...To one place or another....I took an offer in the 60's, which involved a free chainsaw and a yahoo in Las Vegas.....If you can suffer through the presentation, you will get an anderoid worth around $50.....When you get through the presentation and try to claim your voucher, they will turn up the heat, but it's nothing compared to the presentation while you've taken their vacation...They will go after you as bad as shady car dealers, which I suspect some of their closers were, the month before.....Like I said...How do you value your time..and can you withstand being used for target practice......My chainsaw lasted a couple of years...So it wasn't a complete loss..

Like I said, this isn't a scam....It's just a hustle to buy something you probably don't need

I received this today, however, I have two pages.  The first is an official looking letter with information, a Texas address, and a telephone number. It is signed by a Claire Williams.The second one is just like yours, but with a different package reference #.  Definitely will not be calling the number after reading these posts!

I did not receive a call, I got a letter with this number on it for me to call to receive a free android tablet. After looking them up and seeing all the negative feedback I will trash the letter but wanted it to be reported.

I also received this so called Free Android Tablet Computer letter. Nothing in this world comes for free there is always a catch in almost everthing unless it comes from a real kind hearted person not an scam artist that has nothing else better to do than given false hope to kind people. I guess this person  all he/she ever wanted is to wasted all of the money sending letters as this one instead of using taht money for a good cause. It looks like this person is looking for attention.

I just received the letter.  Did you receive the Computer as of yet.  June 28 was the date of recipt of letter.
