They've been callig me incessantly for months. My phone has the ability to block 20 numbers, so I added theirs to the block list, but the calls are still an everyday annotance, even though the phone only rings once & then disconnects them.

Insistant caller. I asked them to stop several months ago and the keep calling so I don't answer the phone when I see the number.

your new number may get a worse amount of calls than the one you have now.

I keep getting these calls, I believe my mom asked to be put on the do not call list, so that doesn't work...As an earlier poster stated they are probably actually exempt from the list somehow.  

I'm not sold that this is a legit charity yet...Most foundations/charities don't go around harassing people for donations via phone calls.  They hold events and such, aka fundraisers...

I'm guessing its a fraud of some sort.

This phone number calls me constantly/ I have told them on numerous occasions that I do not have anything and to take my name off there list. I have also registered with the National DO NOT CALL registry so many times and yet I still continue to get all of the same phone calls. They even call my cell phone now. What good is the registry if nobody abides by the rules. Very Frustrating!!!!

I think they want to check on what hours you are home in preparation for selling your number to other telemarketers. Just a thought.  

These people call all the time. Now they call at 1:30 in the morning.

They call every other day and some how they get through even though I have blocked the number.

These guys pester me several times a day, every day. I work nights and they frequently interrupt my much needed sleep- I can't turn the phone off because I'm also on call- I'm so angry- they are ruining my health! I've tried emailing  michellem@apogeeretail.com as suggested by another poster. We'll see if that accomplishes anything.

They call 3-4 times a week at varying times.   They never leave a message.  

The people from the lupus pick up service are a scam to harrasses you and break you down in N,Y,State.
They call when people are sleeping never leave a call back number except the other day
don't expect these turds to stop calling until the attorney general gets a injunction against them.
They are relentless criminals.

I solved this problem a long time ago.  Call the Lupus Foundation directly, number is at http://www.lupus.org/about/contact-us, and tell them to have your number removed from that marketing company they hired, or call your local chapter.  I did; they were very courteous and responsive. Do NOT complain to the marketers calling you, they don't care, and forget the "do not call list" request, the FCC says that non-profit organizations like the Lupus Foundation are exempt from that list and the marketers know it.  You need to complain to their client. Making the call to Lupus is a bother, but it's the only thing that worked for me.  

this person stated they were going to be in the area for donations. I ask what area she proceeds to give me my address.  Even though I did not acknowledge it was my address I ask her how she got the info because that's not an area that 's an address. I hung up. Im sic and tired

Even if you tell them to stop calling, they won't. Already went through it with them. They stopped for a few weeks and then started again

This is apparently NOT a call telling me I need to pick up my new Lexus LFA.  Disappointing.

LFA Pickup service calls, does not leave a message, but worst of all is that they call early in the morning when I am still in bed.  I thought that this type of calls are only allowed between 9a.m. and 9 pm.
