I just received this type of letter from resort members association at 3208 east colonial drive ste c 3#306 orlando florida.  Anyone getting these letters needs to call the better business bureau in that area a.d then call the secretary of state in florida to report this scam.  Call your resort and also
let them know what your receiving.  They are changing the telephone number that your to call along with the address.  These scams are getting ur vation time from you gor free and renting it out and not paying ur maintenance fees.  I would think that the timeshare corporation has to be involved in this scam also because they are giving out our addresses and names.  If they are renting ur timeshare out they also have to have ur identification to do so,  because last i knew,  you cant even let a friend use your timeshare unless your there with ur iddaughter and friends.  Dont be scammed and report this!!!!!!   If ur maintenance fees are not payed the timeshare will foreclose on ur timeshare and sell it to stupid people such as us.  Sorry but true.

Sorry, forgot the new number their using which they change with the with every word batch of letters.  It was 888-242-4394.  Report this people!!!

hey, I've received two letters I threw the first one away. I then thought I'd see what was up with the company and boy it was no surprise to fine out that others were finding out that this was just a scam. The letter I received had a phone number 888 632 6217 and the address was 801 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900. So beware.

Those [***] have a new phone number (888) 830-5002 and they are operating from 5348 Vargas Dr. Suite 342 in las Vegas, NV 89108-2347 under the name "Resort Notification Service"P9U

Just got a letter for my long-deceased father who has NEVER owned a timeshare, nor lived at our address.  

It was sent from Resort Notification Services at 5348 Vegas Dr. Suite 342, Las Vegas, NV 89108-2347

The phone number is (855) 261-8900, and we're supposed to call "no later than February 5th, 2013.

This is a total scam.

I just recevied the same letter with a different telephone # which is 1-855-343-2900 telling me to respond by Feb. 20, 2013

I just got one with the same # & Feb 20th date. i called and they said they wanted to qualify me for a consultation! Does anybody know what the consultation consists of or what the program entails?

I just received a letter from them also and it said I need to respond by march 7th. First off my red flag was raised whe the letter came with bulk postage and not first class . Bulk mail is junk mail..I am a retired lettercarrier so I know about the postage and then saw the same address that I HAVE SEEN HERE   5348 Vegas dr.suite 342 las vegas nv 89108-2347 and their phone no is 855-517-9700.

I also received such a letter. Same Las Vegas address but a different number. 855-232-6100.

I guess I knew not to call. I have received several letters from them also. Glad to see it's a scam and I never intended to call them anyway. If it sounds to good to be true then it must be a scam. Wonder if there is a letter out there that wants to pay all my bills??? Scrap it.

Yep, got the same letter today with an April 3 date!!!  Also noticed the postage amount.  Address same, phone was 888-983-4513.  Scam for sure!

Do not own a time share.  Asked that I go to timeshareremove@gmail.com to remove.  Did not work.
