- DeniseI just received a call from 888-918-7313 about 3 purchases I made on my credit union debit/visa card. I called them back to see if it was legit. They wanted more information and I was not comfortable giving it to them and was advised to call my credit union. So, I did. My credit union advised me it was a legit call after I gave him the phone number.
This number is legit folks. If you order something online the fraud department may call you to make sure you have not been compromised. I am glad they called and in turn I'm glad I called my credit union.- Caller: 8889187313 fraud dept

- Anonymous replies to STSThis number is getting spoofed in certain cases and needs to be taken with a grain of salt. Hang up and call back directly to play it safe!
- Ruth WilsonThis is a legitimate number for Credit Union Fraud Activity. Just had to deal with them, and then per some people comments here got a bit paranoid so looked into the #. Per BECUs FAQs- Visa and ATM Card Compromises, down towards the bottom in the "What steps does BECU take to monitor your acct for fraudulent activity" it lists THIS PHONE NUMBER!
So it is legitimate. And if your really that skeeved, just hang up on them and call ur actual bank, but you'll just be making extra legwork for them instead of following their process for a smoother resolution to your being a victim of fraud.- Caller: 8889187313
- MissyToday is March 26, 2020 and this number, 888-918-7313, called and left a message. It "sounded" legit, but it wasn't a call from my credit union, so I called my credit union instead. I guess this phishing is still going on. Be careful!!! Crooks gonna be crooks.
- Caller: credit card?

- Rod munchI got the call, sent it to VM and it said compromised etc etc. called my bank and there was indeed a hold on the account. Definitely seemed sketch though
- CaliGurlI called this number after checking with my banking institution and was told by them that they are Fraud-Security for many banks and credit unions. I called and spoke to the gentleman after my banking institution confirmed the number as valid and discussed potential fraud activity on my card. So if any one (going forward) calls about your card, first check with your banking institution to verify the legit number like mine did BEFORE calling. They are PSCU and Falcon, I verifed this info with my institution. When I called them the gentleman identified himself (I have his name) and I told him I was leery about this number until I verified it with my bank. So call them if this happens to you especially now with the virus and all, scams are arising faster than a blink. I also suggest checking your accounts every day - sometimes twice a day and as soon as something looks funny Call your bank. This number is legit.

- Lindsey Woodfill| 1 replyDo not read the fake comments on here about this being legitimate. It is absolutely a scam 100 percent. Do not give these people your personal information. Your credit union will never call you from a contractor. STAY AWAY!

- JackReacher replies to Goatllama| 1 replySince no one in their right mind looks up a phone number when they knew who the caller is then you are simply a lying scummy scammer. Registering your name does not give you anymore credit.
- Dr. Jill, Interim Pres. This phone number is compromised. Everything about the message I received is fraudulent. My bank doesn’t use this number or service. They are trying to phish your information.

- BuddyLeft voicemail saying that fraud might have happened on my card. Called back and there is just an automated answering system that gives "special offers" then tells you to hang up and makes this awful sound that blasts your ears.
