I totally agree with the individual who raked Raul over the coals. I get so tired of these foreign people trying to pass themselves off as U.S. citizems. Give me a break. my wife damn near lost her job because somehow they got her work number and
have been calling her office at the [***] federal courts in WDC. today while i was
with a client some asshat named goldstien called my work number harressing me.

there has to be something that can be done about this. this is harressment and

youre a idiot. in my case im being harrassed over a payday loan i took in college 9 years ago. they payday loan companys are the ones at fault here for letting our personal information be leaker all over the internet

why does your company keep calling people when you are told the person is no longer at the number you have called. this is harASSment and abuse of my father's telephone number. the person that made the debt has been in jail for 2 years!

Threatened my husband with going to jail if he didnt pay 610.00 by a certain time was extremely rude and would not tell us anything about the collector

I had a phone msg. left on my answering machine last night.  The caller said his name was Brian Thomas and it was very important that I return his call -- very important.

I do not know this person and anyone in that area.

someone identfied himself as jack green saying that someone in my family is in trouble and they need her phone number.

If you are a legitimate debt collector and are following the collections fair practice laws, then yes. HOWEVER, the people calling for this company employee multiple illegal tactics and are attempting to scam you out of money. I cannot get any information from whom I supposedly took out the original debt, they will not mail any info and they read out my ENTIRE social security number. Hello?? Not kosher. I'm going to file suit if they do not cease calling my work.

Got a call from a Mr. Smith at my job and left a horrible message about how much in trouble I'm in and he is giving me a chance to tell my side of the story???? Have no clue who this person is and believe me I have never been in trouble with law or anything else, since I have a career that keeps me straight and narrow on a daily basis. Very annoying!!!!!!

I got a call today and didn't know the number and didn't answer in time. So I call 904-418-5000 back and it didn't ring but on the other end a man who later introduced himself as a  Mr.Green was saying some pretty nasty things....maybe he didn't know I was on the line but I was shocked!  After he realized I was on the damn line he said he has some important information about a legal matter in XXXXXXX,TX. I told him I would call back because I had nothing to write with.  So I call back and talk to some other guy (don't remember his name).  Said I owed a debt to a loan company back in 2005 and it had to be taken care of today....$550.00 is what he said I owed to Advance America.  I was so worried and he gave me the information to Money Gram the monies to him. I told this man I talked to that I could NOT pay anything today and proceeded to put me on hold, as he said he worked with the corporate office of this loan company, and said he was going to call this lady at this corporate office and get me an extension.  He came back on the line 7 minutes later and said as a courtesy BY HIM he was going to give me an extension but I had to call this Mr. Green before noon tomorrow.  I hung up and called the local loan office that I originally had the loan with in 2005 and they said they SOLD it to another company Nov. 2006 and gave me the number to the corporate office of this loan place. Come to find out THEY DO NOT work with this HPC that called me and informed me to call my state attorney generals office AND my local authorities. I did I have complaints with the TX Attorney General, My local PD, The trade commission and the BBB.  These people can kiss my ass they aren't getting [***] from me....oh! and I contacted my lawyer....

try reverse searching their number in www.411.com...all they numbers they gave me came back as cell phone numbers...including the fax number....when i brought this up to them the next time they called of course, they said no....but if it was a landline it would say so.....just try reverse searching your own phone number....also, them replying to posts is another form of harrassment.....just saying

Received a voicemail on my work and cell phone today from a guy named John. He talked so fast, I couldn't get his last name. All he said in both messages was that I have 30 minutes....what??? what are you talking about? no call back number, but this number was on caller ID 904.418.5000.

That is so not true!  I got my first call today from HPC or whoever they are and when I answered the phone the gentleman was laughing with a bunch of other people and when he said my name, I asked "who is this"  he rudely said to me "none of your business, put ?? on the phone.  I then hung the phone up.  It was the strangest call and I was a bit unnerved at first.  After reading these comments, I know that his rude behind is a debt collector.  I do owe people, but I'm not talking to anyone speaking to me like I'm not human.

I get a call and the guy Identifies himself as Chris Black and says he needs to talk to me about something(very vague) that has been brought to his attention and wants to hear my side before he goes forward with his actions.I called back telling him I don't know who put him up to calling me or if it's a joke. Or if it has anything to do with my daughter's father who kidnapped my daughter when she was 9 mos old and kept her hidden away at relatives houses then when she was 7 , her father raped her and is now sentenced to prison for 96 yrs due to it being a repeat conviction for that sort of crime. (Bet that will shut this guy up)
