I hope you didn't change your phone number.  I will always keep my phone number you can call us if someone bothers you, you shouldn't have to change because of some AH, any who, GOD Speed.

yes I am getting the same call, He says his name is Matt Logan. You can tell he has no education, he is unprofessional and rude. I told him to get a job, and stop trying to scam people.. He know keeps calling...I have notified my local sheriffs about him..

I just want to let you know that my wife and I are in are late 70's and 80.. We received our 2nd call from a 904 418 5000 number at 4 am in the morning (1st call about 2 weeks ago). Reference a debt of a family member ,the debt we truely know nothing about . These people are not dummies and know where area codes are located and what time it was for us. It is pure harassment. Its 5:30 a.m. and I can't get back to sleep thinking about it.My wife answered the phone and when she heard who it was from and 4 am she hung up. They immediately called again the rude person wanted to know why we hung up and  where the relative was . Is there any protection against this invasive behavior.

My boyfriend received a call from them while we were away on vacation, All debts are paid and we are now in a slow increase in the green zone.  I find it interesting in the message (left by a Mike Powers)  He never included my boyfriend's last name, claim number, company, also he claimed his "clerks" had attempted to reach him about a "final decision" that was made without his knowledge, however, there is absolutely no phone record of this.  If they call again, they will be reported to the attorney general or some other authority who may be able to bring them down legally.

If you morons paid your bills on time, you would not have collectors calling your numbers all the time.  Where do you think these good companies get the money to lend to you losers in the first place.

Sometimes they call the WRONG number, or someone GAVE them the wrong number, such as MY new number. I owe NO one anything & yet I continued to receive calls from these morons. That is until this morning when I carefully researvhed & then actually had to PAY to call them to CEASE calls to MY number.
IF you truly do NOT owe...it seems our only 'choice' is to pay long distance charges to the number that called you, (904-418-5000), then PRESS EXTENSION  121. Explain reason such as wrong number, etc., for why they should remove your number & NOT call again.
After 48 hours, if you continue to get calls, report them on the government Do Not Call site & you can also file a report through your state attorney & government officials offices.
Do not just continue to tell others about it. What is accomplished that way?
DO something about it. Do it FOR YOURSELVES...or just keep getting their calls. Your choice.

WHAT A RUDE JERK!!  Called our office phone for someone who doesn't even work here and he was a total jerk on the phone.  VERY RUDE AND OFFENSIVE AND UGLY.  He was so awful I hung up on him and his RUDE self!

This guy called my work and was very rude to me. He told me that if I didn't give him $545.00 to pay off my debt at a certain loan company that the police would be on their way to pick me up from my job. I have an anxiety disorder and as soon as I pulled myself together I called my dad (who is also my boss) and told him about the whole ordeal. Some things the guy said were not adding up so I Googled the phone number and found this website. I called the number back and very poiltely told them I knew they were a scam and to please not call me anymore. 5 minutes later they called back so I told them "Please don't call me anymore or I will have a harassment suit against you." Hopefully they will take the hint and leave me alone.

What a joke. You have called several times with the same story and I hate to tell you no one has arrested me yet, per the threat. I also spoke with the loan company you alledgely represent who said your were fraudaulent. Explain that.

Not so.. My sister just got a call being threatened to be put in jail for a debt of 150$...and FYI your the deadbeat who makes a living off threatening people. Yes people need to pay off their debts, but if you haven't noticed..the economy is in the toliet and it is far more important for people to feed their families and keep a roof over their heads then pay debt collectors who succumb to threats and lies in order to achieve their agendas. Go back to your little cubicle..

I received a call from this number today didn't know who the hell was and asking me my last 4 of my SS# and said that I owe this debt and then his superior got on the pone wanted to know where I was and I had until 2pm before they processed me and I'm like what the hell are you talking about then he said if you what to suffer the consequences go right ahead, then he said "oh you don't wanna pay and hung up the phone on me and his superior name was a Mr. Hoffman and then they called me back around 4pm and his name was Victor Price and said I had an hour. But check this out he said how much money do you have I need $500.00 today and $500.00 next week and you be straight.  It worried me all day but I made a phone called to my debt consultant/lawyer she said don't answer when they called and if they threaten you again threaten right back.... Its a shame that company's like that trying to take people through all that [***], hell if thats the case everybody that owe a loan be going to damn JAIL!!!!

I am getting calls on my cell phone from 904-418-5001 ......  same type of stuff.  Called the number back and it was HPC.......   are they using another phone number, and how did they get MY cell phone number and former last name, and former town I used to live in??????  Please explain
