You guys need to pay your bills. I can't believe how many people don't care about paying for something they received. You are all a bunch of winners. You must be proud. How do you expect the company you got the service from to treat you? The banks or cell company's get sick of dealing with you so they hire a collection agency.  It takes a long time for an account to be handed to collections. The only thing being scammed are the companies you are ripping off. Grow some ba**s.

They have been calling my number asking for my daughter.  This is a scam.  They didn't even send a letter regarding the issue.
I've had a calls like that before saying I owed Rogers money, when I called Rogers about it, they confirmed I owed nothing and to just ignore the calls.

"Metropolitan Credit Adjusters" will call your Family members or you at work and harass them to get your phone number.
E-mail is a perfectly valid form of communication, yet they do not seem to understand that. They need to exert power over you using the phone.

1000% SCAM...They once called my home phone,  my kid answered the phone, so they cheated the young kid to get the cell phone of me, my husband and even my parents, then they began to keep calling, definitely more than 3 times a day. One guy even said we purposely own money and do not want to pay, they will take next step, we will be in trouble blabla, we owned  for less $100, because they tried to charge us after I had canceled the internet service for two months. We disputed with bell, then bell sold us to these a####.

My boyfriend got a message from this metropolitan credit and the person was looking for me I was shocked when my boyfriend phone me i never give my boyfriend contact number to this company or any other bank for now I'm worried because my boyfriend is started to ask lots of questions I paid all my bills i even bought my car and never used any credit card I got no idea why this company are harassing my boyfriend not me.

They call but always get to speak to a machine asking to call back at a different number. It doesn't sound professional nor legit. The name of the person they're looking for sounds all mangled up by the PC voice can't even make up if it's Ely, Al, Elie ... How do they expect to get any calls back?

I don't have caller ID so I actually don't know if the number is 905-891-8939. It started with a voice recording then an actual person called and told me I own 1985.59 or they will take me to a small claims court. Number I called back from was in the states. 1-866-463-9161

Why should I pay someone else's bill?  MCA harassed  me for months. I have now been in a 4 year fight for an apology. They just don't care.

Here we have a company who's only reason for being is to convince people to take responsibility for their actions, and they can't even take responsibility for their own actions.

If you work for MCA explain why you behave this way. If you are the one from Vancouver who owes me the apology grow up and take responsibility for your own actions.

I've got no problem paying my own bills. What I am sick of is collectors demanding I pay other people's bills. In my battle with MCA they have ignored me for 4 years. Over 90% of people they call will pay their bills if they didn't get laid off or their jobs outsourced.

MCA's only reason for being is to convince people to take  responsibility for their actions, but can't even take responsibility for their own.

this number texted my cellphone demanding the person they are texting to call METCREDIT. ....I texted back and said I'm reporting this ......this is harassment

This is 100% spam for me, as they keep calling for the person who owned this phone number before me. I've had this number for 8 months now, but they call the number 3x/day often looking for someone who is not me. It's extremely frustrating and it won't stop! 100% spam!

For many people in this situation it's because they don't know how or what that means. I had a credit counselor help me with my credit cards. I'm just nervous about metcredit because I just paid  my student loan off and I went to sent an email to the agent and the emailed failed permanently...

i get this call from this number 2x a day for the passed week and they don't leave messages, I'm only 16 and I don't owe any money on anything and I am not with rogers!!!! Who the (****) is this person or thing or whatever?

These people are still calling me about a debit that took place in 1995-1996! A credit debt with Citibank (states credit card) Can they still harass me for this debit which took place over 22 yrs ago?? Originally the debt was under 5000 but the interest tacked on over the years is herendous!!!
