I had the same phone call  saying that I owed Rogers $120 ,,  so I did some research called Rogers my bank manager and my lawyer turns out they were trying to collect an old debt that was already paid years ago,do not let them scare you with CAPITAL LETTERS,  just another company that is working in a legal gray area still scammers in my eyes.

The agent says that my mother has an urgent business to attend to. I don't know why they called, or how they got my number, or my mother's name. Everything they say sounds fishy.

Actually it is illegal, I had a company charged with harassment for it already, know your rights. Don't be ignorant and let people take advantage of you.

This number is for collection agency. The name of this agency is: Metropolitan Collection Agency. They don't seem very professional, trying to collect for phone carriers by harassing the wrong people. You would think they would ask the phone carrier for the number of the defaulter.

Yeah tell me about it, its a pyramid scheme that is my husbands I belive and its getting uncovered today, Its going to get really messy is the man wont give me honest answers.

I keep getting phone calls from them, and now other numbers not related to MCA for some guy I don't know. I have told them multiple times to remove this number from there records.

Then they should leave a message regarding the issue they are calling about!!!!

These asshats call trying to collect money on Rogers behalf. Rogers customer service is [***] and this is how they handle their billing disputes for cancelled services. They going to be calling a long long time for nothing.

i received two calls today from them different numbers blocked both asking me to call, urgent matter!. They leave a phone number, a file number, still not convinced this is legit! They also call my mom(not legal) and sent me a email with the same info. Don't plan on calling them back

I just got a call from these people but I didn't answer. I always look these things up online to see who they are. A lot of people in the comments say that its some sort of collector and has something to do with debt but I don't have any debt. I'm young, in college but my parents are paying for it. If I'm not in debt and don't owe anyone money who can it be? Why would a debt collector call someone who doesn't owe any money? Can someone answer honestly about who these people are because I really don't want to answer the phone and ask myself.

Good day to all those who posted about metropolitain credit.  If they are scammers i have all the information numbers and how they want payment long with cbv collections. These guys are slick
