Received a call from this number on my cellphone at 1118 hrs. I had just gone to bed about 0800 hrs and didn't even hear my phone go off. I knew it was a NY number and I only know 2 people who live their and neither of them have my cell phone number, so I googled it and found this site. If they call back I will make sure to pick up and give them a piece of my mind. ;)

They were calling about a movie- The Velveteen Rabbit. They were pretty cool. Not too pushy. Not really my kinda movie, but they were polite

My wife's cell was called last night by this number, she didn't answer it then one of her employees got a call this morning so I filed a complaint with the FCC because we are on the DNC list.  Then I called the number off a secure land line, told the guy that I filed a complaint against him.  Felt good.

This guy named John just called me too.  I'm on the National Do Not Call List and I'm pissed!

A guy named John called my cell phone claiming to be promoting a movie. He stated that they were calling everyone in the area to inform everyone. I was thinking to myself how did they get my cell phone number. I told him i wasnt interested and to take my number off his call list.

I'm a Verizon Wireless customer and i just received a call too.

They called my 13 year old sons cell phone just a moment ago! He did not answer because he is not allowed to answer calls from numbers not in his phone. This is horrible! We are on the do not call list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This is rediculous!  My husband got a call from this number on his cell phone today at work (could not answer it) and then I received one from the same caller on MY cell phone at around 4p.m. I did not answer it.  Just how did these idiots get our cell phone numbers??!!

I noticed someone else posted they were with Verizon, so am I.  How about the rest of you?  Maybe somehow they are getting our cell number through Verizon???

I got a call and the guy was very polite. Don't know how he got my number, though. Not a Verizon customer. T-Mobile

Verizon Customer, and got a call from the same number. My roommate did as well at about the same time.

Someone just called me from that number and said something about some new rabbit movie.  Said something about a producer's guarantee and asked if it would be easier to send info by mail or text message.  I said "I'm sorry, excuse me, did you just say text?"  He said "Oh, well that's ok, thank you for your time, bubye".  I was saying whoa wait and he finished his goodbye statement and hung up.  My husband got a call from this number yesterday.  We are Verizon Wireless customers.  These were made to our Verizon phones!

Got a call wasting my time. If want to see what movies are coming out I can look it up on my own time. Don't waste my time...I work for $50 an hour and need to find out where to send the bill. Where did you get my phone #?

To follow up my previous comment about myself and my husband, I just asked my mom about it and she said the same number called her Verizon phone and my dad's Verizon phone yesterday.

I got a call yesterday from 917-210-4609. It was this guy who automatically started talking about movies, mainly The Velveteen Rabbit, and trying to send them to my email, text something to me, or mail them to me. He kept asking for all this information and I wouldn't give it to him. He was also asking about my brothers and sisters and how old they were and that [***]. He just kept asking fot it saying the it's completely confidential. BS. He finally told me that he'd call back later after I kept telling him that I'm not giving him any of my information.

I missed a call to my cell from this number. I don't give my cell out to anyone.
I am on the donotcall.gov list. They are breaking the law clearly. Please keep reporting the abuse and levy a fine.

Received a call on my cell from jackhole John just a bit ago taking about his movie.  Same story as the rest of you, cell number only given out to immediate family.  I am very glad that my number was registered on the Do Not Call List, and yes I did file a complaint as should the rest of you.  I hope the FCC puts the screws to these grimeballs.  I have included the link below - take em to the woodshed.

i got the same call and i am only 15.
i just got this pohone number  about a month ago..
i asked how he got my number and he said that since they are not trying to sell anything and it is free, that they are allowed to call any random number.
i am glad i looked it up cause i didnt kow that so many people were being harassed. this is bull. they need to stop wastingt peoles time and $$$ i dont have tha money to pay for a call like this. i am pretty bothered by it all,
i dont know what to do becasue i was stupid and gave them my email adress... what should i do?
