AT&T deserves to go down!

I too work late, have been on DNC list since it began and attempt to sleep in.  Thing is, I am also an AT&T customer, so why is effective teles calling me??

why are they calling so much?

Constant calls from this number several times a day every day. I finally bought a new cordless Panasonic phone, 1 Base and 2 extensions. You can program to block up to 20 numbers. It rings once then goes to busy and you never have to deal with them again. Call will show up in caller id as blocked.  Phone also has capability to program phone not to ring at certain hours and it will just go to vm so you can get your much needed sleep. Make sure you read the box and it says it is capable of CALL BLOCK.

And no, I don't work for Panasonic. As far as I know Panasonic is the only phone that has this block feature

These dumb %$&*# are going to be Busted by the U.S. FBI and Homeland Security. They days are numbered. These guys are big time Scammers.

They have been calling a couple of times a day. I finally answered the phone and immediately told them to hold on....I put the phone close to my surround sound and continued watching t.v.  never going back to the phone. I do this ever time they call...LOL

Just got the call today. Wasn't sure who it was so I ignored it.

If you ignore it they will keep calling. I had to finally get angry with the caller and tell her to take me off the list NOW...after that never got another call...good luck

I see their number on my caller ID all the time.  I just called them; an automatic voice said "Good bye" and went to music.  If they call again, I want to answer in a foreign language and see how they respond.  Or to tell them that whoever they're looking for has died of X disease or condition.  Maybe scaring them will stop them from calling all the time?

Stop spamming me or I will quit U-verse and the mobile phone.  Stupid.

1 936 568 8951 is effective Tele's when it pops up on caller ID, they have called at least a dozen times and we have been very clear to stop calling.  It has to do with a survey, so they say.

This could be a collection agency attempting to collect unpaid charges for AT & T or perhaps other phone companies.  Does anyone owe a bill to one of the phone companies?

Kept calling and goes away if no one answers. Does not leave a message when recording is on.  Annoying.

I got three calls from them recently, and probably 15 to 20 call over the last 5 months.  It seems to be ATT hiring these idiots to get us back when we cancel with them.  According to the law, they have up to six months to call us before they are violating the do not call list.  It states that anyone you have done business with in the last six months may call you.  I am at six months in a few days, can't wait!

We switched  our phone service from ATT to cable.  This is ATT sales and they have been harrassing us 2-3 times oer day.  We are in the West coast so sometimes they call as early as 6;30 am.  how do we get them to stop.  I have repoerted in DO Not Call registry.

I have received at least one call per day for past week or two.   I filed complaint with do not call list but expect nothing will happen for others have done the same with no results.

I too received a call today in California from that number identified as EFFECTIVE TELES – the Area Code is somewhere in Texas. No one on the live phone, just an open line.

I have been called by this number at least 2 or 3 times a week for months. Usually, I don't answer it. When I do answer it nobody responds.
