they will not stop calling .. I have asked numerous times

Call daily even though on national DNCL - how about a class action?

They keep changing numbers and spoofing the caller ID, but these asshats call nearly every day several times and this has been going on for years now.

Seems the number they are using this week is: 936-568-8916

We called AT&T ourselves a few weeks ago and they had no idea who was calling us, but did verify that this change over was in process. The thing is, they want us to sign a contract. Do we have to? No. Do we have to switch to the new service? No. Then why do they constantly harass us? Simple. They want to "bundle" all your services and until you agree this will NEVER stop. Even if you Do agree, this will likely NEVER STOP. Think about it, why would they stop calling? The authorities are obviously are either in on it or don't care. I'm about to just cancel my landline entirely and go back to watching antennae TV. So sick of this crap. It goes on ALL DAY LONG.

I am on the DNC list and continue to receive calls. The latest call came from that number above.

We get these calls almost every day, at all hours. We are on the do not call list.  We never answer the calls.
