SAME thing!! He is still at it as of February 4, 2011. Left two voice mails so far today and another call that we didn't answer. It's really too bad that companies (if this even is one) liket this are calling ands scamming people that are in dire straights looking for work in this tough economy right now. If he calls back, we are going to tell him that we've done all of our research on his company and we are not at all interested. Hopefully we can politely hang up - but if all of the reports here are accurate, sounds like we will have to hang up. He refers you to call 866-994-0381 and is now calling from a local number in Durham, NC. 919-439-3666 - beware - looks like they are desperate enough to call from various phone numbers to get you to answer the phone. Good luck job searchers!

I got a call today. Nice lady long pitch. Too many questions about my finances and wanted my address. She called back about the appointment she set up with a recruiter. I originally was called from a 704-612-2477 number. She called back from the 952-3585970 number.  I am suspicious of this service.

Feb 17, 2011 - I'm glad I Googled the phoine number 866-994-0381.  All the message said was "This is Bob Jones and I have some questions about your resume.  Please call me back at 866-994-0381".  I thought this sounded off because any legitimate message about a resume/job would include the company/recruitment agency name.  I did not call back.

Work save retire is a joke.  I received a call   All they do is give your name to a fnancial advisor who wants to handle your IRA.  It is a joke

Yes, Work Save Retire called me today from 1-800-240-7712.  They pretend to be recruiter represemtatives and ask what the least salary you will accept from a position and what the balances are of your 401Ks or IRAs.  I didn't tell them, and said I wasn't interested in whatever it was.  Based on the other postings at this site, they want to send a Financial Advisor to your home BEFORE you can get a recruiter assigned to your resume.  "Getting a recruiter assigned to your resume is their premise".  SCAM to sell Financial Services - They use resume information on the web.

Bob Jones is still at it, he left a message to call 866 994-0381 after I posted my resume on careerbuilder and monster.  It is a scam!!!!!!!

I received a call from this same company only in my area it was from # 682-888-0765

The "nice" young lady gave me the long schpiel/script, and also asked questions about my retirement plans.  Also sent me a zip file for a software tool that will take over job searching called "Job search finder".  Since this is an unsolicited call, I do not feel safe in installing this software, and will have to tell them to cease and desist after reading all of these postings.

Can anyone explained what happened, how they were scammed.  I was provided the job gadget and software to create resumes.  The software is really helping me with finding a lot of jobs I have not seen before and the resume software is great!  I could not have done so many things in my search without this help.

I have used there service and they were great and polite.  Agents name that called me was Brad Brown.  Explained everything and I got a call from the recruiter and meet with the Financial advisor.  Ejoyed thre service and alredy have two interviews lined up.     Thanks work save retire

I received a call from Bob Jones from the number 866-994-0381, wanting me to call him regarding my resume.  The company name is worksaveretire.com.  I did call them back and spoke to a girl who said they were a recruiting firm based out of Minnesota.  About that time, I had pulled up this web post and told her that I would not answer any questions until I checked the company out and hung up.  The only question she tried to ask me, "Was I unemployed?"

I also received the call from Bob Jones.  After reading these comments, I will not be calling him back.

I don't get you guys at all! I have received this same call and talked to them for quite a while! Where is this so called scam you are talking about? I have been using there services for about 2 months now and have received many interviews and 3 job offers now! I think their service is great! I also met with their retirement consultant and he gave me some really helpful information about my retirement. All of you who have posted on here haven't even given this company the time of day and you keep saying it is a scam! So someone please tell me where is the scam!

Congratulations on your 3 job offers!  So......what's the name of the company that you are now employed with and where are they located?  Just wondering because I think you are associated with Work Safe Retire.  

I got the same call this morning from Bob Jones from 405-253-430 (Norman, OK) to call him back at 866-994-0381.  Spoke with Dorothy who said Bob was not available at the moment.  She said the company is Career Transition Recuriting located in MN.  It is a two step program: 1) The Job Finder Gadget and 2) Retirement.  I have a hard time believing all the names they use are real.

Got the call today. I am very happy the internet exist.

just got the call from Vanessa, want me to call them at 866-994-0381. I may call just to hear their spiel and if it is a scam tell them in no uncertain terms to stop harassing us. don't expect it to do any good but if i am wasting my time their leaving someone else alone.

Just got off the phone with them, and yes, this a scam to sell you financial planning services. As soon as I said "I already have a Financial Planner," he was off the phone.

Don't waste your time by calling back!

Bob Jones is never available. I told them I didn't want anyone in my house I didn't know. That threw a curve at them. Seems had have to meet with the Financial Man before they find me a job. What a scam. Edward Jones calls me once a week. At least he will my me lunch to meet with him.
