you can file a suit for violation of the do not call list and create money out of that contact a lawyer and verify  the law and start getting money out of that I know I am and eventually u will want them to call u, 1 thing i fill out lottery tickets and inplace my number under the information on it and bam another law suit!!!!! laugh all the way to the bank and i got this out of fox news so i tried it.

I had twelve text messages from moderntxt.com yesterday I never signed up for this and every time I get a text message I am charged for it. I want to know can anyone sign you up for this? and if so how I can stop this from happening, also I had to text stop three times before they finally sent back three more text messages that it was stopped that I was again charged for ???

have been getting texts all day from them. Sounds crazy to me.

I just got a call from this number today as well.  I don't answer numbers from people or numbers I don't know.  After reading everything on here now I'm wondering how they got my cell phone number.

I just got a text today 2/26/2011 that I won a free gift and to go to www.freegift.com.I really don't know
were it came from,Then I saw all the comments,Thank You So Much.I called the1-800-269-0281,they asked what # I wanted removed,I gave them my cell and the recording said they would remove it.Thanks for your help,My cell is only for emergencys,I'm lucky if it rings once every 3 mths.

I just received a call from them -- I returned the call the message says - "You have reached Internet Marketing Partners" -- I am going to report them to the Do Not Call registry - They call every day at 9:50 am

I don't answer numbers I don't know, I have gottens some weird calls in the past. This number calls me almost every day and doesn't leave a message! How do I make it stop?

yeah igot a call from them yesterday and i answered not saying anything at first and head 2 guys laugh and then they said my name and i said stop calling this number and they repeated me and i hung up and they called 2 more time today

Got the call today for the first time ever today, did not answer. no message

You should be able to reply "STOP" to the number to stop the texts from calling. Hope this helps you.

what i did was i called jb fan number and it asked if i wanted 2 do the sweepsteaks so i said ok...  i got a text that i had won..i went to that website ( giftconfirm) and so i hit stop sending txts.. hope it help?

Please help identify the calls from this number, rings and when i answer nobody is there. It is the same thing every day....

Have been getting calls 2-3 times a day for the last week. I tried a call back, recording said call could not be completed ??  Know NOW to ignore.
