Yet again this number is calling me, usually about four times a day, leaving one or two automated messages about having 'urgent news/information' and to contact 'Capital One Auto-Finance'.  I can't explain how irritating this is.  I'm on the DNC list and now they are calling me with another number!! (this is the third number now)

This number keeps calling me at all times and days.

Out of the blue, I have started getting calls to my cell phone from Capital One auto finance at least once an hour seven days a week.  I have no business relationship with Capital One.  I never have and I never will!  Pain in my butt!

I get calls from this number at least 2 to 3 times a day. The latest I get a call is 8:00 pm. I had to block the number on my phone. They never leave a message.

They, and I are up in arms about getting repeated calls from a number, who leaves no voicemail, who hangs up when you answer the call, who calls at all hours of the day and night and calls at work during business hours ... this is not ethical behavior.  I have only had my car one week and my first payment isn't due for a month. I do not set up 'autopay' with anyone, because I don't want them arbitrarily debiting my account a week or two early.  I will pay them when I want to pay them -- prior to my due date each month.

I just purchased a new car and of course my loan is with Capital One, since then I have gotten 3 calls a day everyday from them to tell me when my payment is due how much and it is not due for another month!!!  If this keeps up I may just give the Damn car back!!!  I now just set the phone to go to voice mail since they don't leave messages.

These calls are coming from Capital One Auto Finance.  It is a robo call.  If you answer or call them back, all you do is get a message requesting your auto loan account number or your social security number.  I don't have an auto loan!  I've filed a complaint, and I suggest you all do the same.  They call 9-10 times a day, even on Sunday's.  Irritating, but the businesses that do these kinds of calls get fined, pay the fines, and keep calling.  They need to be prosecuted further to prohibit the calls.

It is capital one auto Finance. Just refinanced my auto loan. They must be checking my number to be valid. No one talked. Must be the machine calling. Very unprofessional.

This is a SPAMMER. They are trying to get your social security number or Capital One account number. They are NOT legitimate! DO NOT GIVE THESE [***] ANY INFORMATION.

I am listing this as a "prank" call but there is nothing funny about it. This is a fraud operation.

The message is a fraud. If you gave them your account number, you need to call Capital One directly and report that your account has been compromised. They may need to give you a new account number. Please tell me you didn't also give them your social security number? Watch out. Your bank account may be drained any day now...
