I believe this is a caller that phishes for information.

Have received 3 phone calls from this number in two hours... answered the first call, they hung up; answered the second call and someone was speaking a foreign language.  It did not even sound like they were speaking to me, but to someone else; third time, I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.  Caller id reads: CPTL ONE FIN 972-378-3660, but I am sure it is really not the "Capital One"

I don't anwer numbers that i don't know but if they would leave me a message i mite

Just started to get calls - There is never anyone on the phone when I answer.  I blocked the number on my cell phone.

9723783660 (Plano TX) keeps calling and leaving a 5 second blank voicemail. Every. Freaking. Day.

So,did the calls stop after you did the process of getting your car loan info?

I just want this number to stop calling. It hangs up when i pick up.

I keep getting calls from 9723783660. The caller never leaves a message and when I call back I get a busy signal.

I just received a call from this number. They said they were calling from Capital One. She wanted to set up a payment for November 28. She also quoted the last 4 digits of my checking account. The call got disconnected, and she never called back or sent an email for payment confirmation. I never got the chance to authorize any payment for that day. Therefore, if Capital One tries to take any unauthorized payment from my bank account, I will be making a call to the Better Business Bureau, and my lawyer!!

This number has called me repeatedly have no idea who it is. But if it continues im going to have it traced and press charges.

Please stop call me, this is do not call nue.

Got a new phone and number  first incoming call was from this number  said hello 10 times with no response   called back to get an automated response from Capitol one auto finance with option to talk to a live person

972-378-3660 keeps calling me. They are pissing me off. Then when I pick up they don't say anything. They need to stop calling before I all the cops.

This number calls me at least 4 times every single freaking day I just opened a loan with capitol one and after reading comments so has everyone else I pick up and no one says anything or she's taking in a foreign language I call back and get a busy signal I Havnt missed any payments this is really pissing mr off

I've been getting calls from this number at work over the past few weeks. The phone only rings once, I've answered a few times and they're not even there. It's very annoying. I'm going to call later today to see what happens/if anyone answers. I wouldn't mind it as much if they would leave a vm or at least talk to me. Seems pointless to call someone once a day M-F, let the phone ring once and not leave a message? I don't pick it up everytime after the first ring so there's plenty of opportunity to leave a message.

This number calls me 3 times a day EVERY SINGLE DAY. I called back and asked to be removed from their system over FIVE times. Every time I do they say they'll take me off and they call back an hr later then wait a day or two before they start to call back again. I have never nor do I now have any business dealings with capital one. Does ANYBODY kno how to file harassment charges against these people?

called about 30 mins ago and didn't leave a v/m so I googled the number. I can believe its Capital One auto b/c I just got a car loan through them but my first payment isn't even due for over a week and they're already calling me?! Annoying!!!
