Got a call from 999-999-9999 tonight, a computer generated voice said hold please and just as I was going to hang up a woman asked for James. It was a wrong number she said because there is no James at my house. I still don't know who or why she called.

texted 10 days times in a row to say my hbc mastercard is locked.  to please call 9174600132.  i have no such master card.

I just got the same as David. A whole bunch of texts saying a MasterCard I do nor have has been locked and to call the same number.

text msg over and over every minute for the last half hour saying: subj:call hudson bay mastercard locked. call 1-971-460-0132

out of curiousity, are you on the android system?.. and recently installed some apps..maybe we all loaded the same ones???

Same thing with me about the Hudson Bay Company Mastercard. Hopefully my provider will get this spam blocked soon.

They r calling every 5 minutes!!  I do not answer, no message left.  We are on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY also.

Mike, it sounds like you know first hand, lol. From the posts I read in this blog, it sounds like 999-999-999 is the equivalent of "private caller" or "anonymous." In other words, it's likely just a hidden ID and not the same number that called everyone here. I would treat it as any other unidentified number.

A women name "Jessica" stated she was from American Acceptance Arbritation claimed she was a "Private Investigator" Looking for an individual whom I do not know. She said she was calling from Pima. When I questioned her some more, she hung up on me. UPON calling her back, a man answered and refused to transfer me to "Jessica".

THEN, she threatned to call my house repeatedly.... she has called twice after this conversation...

they are calling me for at least 30 time today, but when i pick up the phone no one answered

I received a text saying that my mobile number has won 1000000.00. Contact Mr. Geoffrey Hunt with a reference number through email @ info-mobileuser@tech-center.com. I am very private with my number and have not participated in any contests (except for roll up the rim). Needless to say I did not email them back. Can anyone tell me any info or how to report this?
