It was an automated call from Aetna about my prescription coverage.  They left a message asking me to call back regarding my coverage.  I had trouble with one of my prescriptions being covered earlier in the week and it was resolved this same day so I believe it was a pre-scheduled message to let me know about it even though I had already gotten the message through other channels.  Weird that they would use an anonymous cover number when it was a legitimate call regarding an issue I had logged.

I researched it for my service provider in Canada.. the number is generated when someone sends a text message to your phone number from their computer OR through a messaging service provided by their service provider. In the case of 'honest' messages like from your doctor's office or some other legitimate concern, they're updating people  using a computer by addressing the computer text message to its subscriber via their contact phone numbers using the following format in the Email Send To box:  ten digit phone number@msg.(their service provider)"
    eg (515)6241234@msg.telus.ca
There's no knowing who sent the message unless you recognize the sender by the text contents.

Have gotten 3 texts from this number in the last 3 days, all in the wee hours of the morning! (approx 3-4am). There was no intelligent text in the messages. It contained all question marks:
    "??????????????????????????????????"

I have since blocked this number.
