00-0000-6245

Verizon says that they also can come from people you know and talk to regularly, if they are texting you from a Blackberry or Smart-phone. M-A-I-L or 6245 is a Yahoo e-mail account and these devices go into that domain when texting. This is how I understood it, anyway. They show up 80 to 90 times a month on our bill, but we never actually receive the text.??? GO figure?

We are watching a movie at the fire house, and two other comments were that you need to call (the persons name) sometime this week!  Someone is trying to cause problems with my marriage and I do not appreciated it.

Received two texts from 6245.
Called Koodo, (my cell company) and was told that it's coming from their Site, which means , anyone can go to www.koodo.com , enter my cell number and send me texts.the originating number will appear as 6245 which means I don't know who's sending them... They don't need to sign into anything or identify themselves.. they just need my cell number.
mean distorted people with many unresolved issues, and who are cowards,  will do this to aggravate you , harrasss you, make you look like you're sick and so forth... good news, is you can block these anonymous texts from coming into your cell !  :)  I blocked them and the mind games are over :)

Any help would be appreciated on what this is on my cell bill

This # comes up when you use any type of messenger on your phone.  My husband and I use Yahoo messenger throughout the day and on our bill this number comes up under text messaging.

I received a text from this number.  The message was pertinent to an instant message I'd had earlier.  The text said it was from the person I'd had the conversation with earlier.  He claims no knowledge of call.  I think he was trying to send either an email or another instant message that made it's way to my cell phone.  How can I find out if it came from his computer?

I got 2 from there from DNS entry but I want to know if you can text stop to that number wuill it stop

My wife got a message from this # 0000006245 with my name on it stating that I wanted to connect with her on social msg through yahoo.  I do not belong to any social forums. Please investigate. Thank you

How about 6245 only outgoing on the wife's phone?  Used to get them incoming until I blocked it.  She swears she doesn't know about them and the text log on the phone doesn't have them in the sent folder.  She's very bad at cleaning up the log.
