Yes I got the call just 5 minutes ago, same story same message. Just googled the number and found this site. Funny to see "they" are Terrorising The Netherlands now...

A very kind (taped) female voice informed me I had won a Caribbean Cruise just now :-) Yeah right!
Apparently this is some kind of credit card scam. But why on earth would I (from the Netherlands) respond to an unknown English recording :-)??
